Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Cozy room with fantastic staff and service! My husband and I stayed at this hotel to attend a Bruins game, and celebrate our anniversary. The complimentary shuttle dropped us off at the Garden, and picked us up, with hardly a 5-min wait at either end. The bar lounge area was great for a little pre-game drink, and then provided some beverages and nachos for an after-game snack in our room! As always, with Holiday Inns, our king-size room was clean and wicked comfortable, with everything a person could need, from multi-power sources near the bed to wonderful bath November 16, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by College Visits - Overnight Stay Good option for a quick overnight stay, however, the comfort was not as good as I expected. The beds/mattresses were uncomfortable and we did not get a great night sleep. There was also alot of noise outside the room from the street. The hairdryer was too weak and I found one of the towels dirty with makeup. I still rated it good because the overall experience was good mostly because of the staff. If they had not been as nice, I would have rated it poorly. I would try it again if I needed to but not sure it would be my first choice. Also, the dinning exerience should be upgraded. We could not order a bottle of wine - only wine by the glass. And for breakfast, we would have liked an expresso but not available. November 9, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Location Have stayed twice at the hotel. The area looks a little rough but was harmless enough. The shuttle from the hotel to downtown was quick and prompt. The location is awesome. Approximate 10 dollar cab ride to Quincy Market or Cheers. Hotel clean and quiet and staff helpful. I will use this hotel for all future visits to Boston. Can not comment on Bar/Lounge as we did not use it. November 3, 2015
