Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great stay My daughters and I stayed here last week. We are from out of State and had early morning appointments at Boston Children's hospital. Our stay was brief but very enjoyable. We had dinner at the on site restaurant and the entire staff was delightful. Angel was our sever and Kim was the restaurant manager. They both were very friendly and attentive. We wanted to play a game while we were waiting for dinner and Kim offered to get some cards she had in her car. When we were settled in our beds for the night we had a unwelcomed knock at our door. I called the front desk to report it and the front desk manager came to check on us. The person at the door was on the wrong floor and the manager was able to help him out. Kim heard about the incident and came to our room to check on us! She wanted to make sure we were all okay. We were up and out early, but grabbed a bite for breakfast at the restaurant only to have Angel there greeting us again! It was so nice to see her smiling face before we left. January 27, 2015

The staff and shuttle are superb and make going into Boston and Cambridge a breeze. I feel right at home here. I feel safe, secure and cared for by everyone. Thank you. January 22, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Pool Horrible Stay Not a kid friendly hotel! Yes the pool area is geared towards children but the people are not!. I stayed with my daughter and her friends with a suite and an a joining room. We recieved noise complaintes all night from the front desk when at one point my girls were asleep! A fight broke out in the parking lot. Our toilet broke maintence went to the store to buy a part, never returned only for me to have to contact them again in the morning (mind you the toilet is out of order) they came, went to the store again, offered me a room on another floor to use the bathroom on while he fixes it! On check out the hotel offered me 5000 points towards my club membership. I dont ever stay at Holiday Inn's only stayed becuase of the pool area! January 21, 2015

The staff has always been both pleasant and helpful and the location is great. It is minutes away from Cambridge, Charlestown and downtown Boston. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the workout area and pool was an added plus. This hotel is near our family members and we plan on using it many times in the future. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent location within striking distance of Boston's sites The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to take the time to help maximize your tourist experience. The drivers of the shuttle are safe adn curtious...the shuttle is free and will take you on a short 5 minute ride right down to the main tourist areas of Boston. I suggest staying here and saving you the $39/day parking charge for staying right down-town because the shuttle will get you right where you want to be. The Sports deck is awesome for the kids (a 'real' pool, rock climbing, bumper pool, table tennis, half basketball court and friendly staff). The breakfast is cheap (use the 'add breakfast for $1' option when booking online) but is amazing in taste and breadth of offering. The property is located right off of I-93 (close to I-90) so easy to get to off the interstate and then a subway stop is a short walk away that easily links you into the whole city via your CharlieTicket. The staff at the front desk were very courteous, the room very clean and comfortable, the breakfast is one of the best I have seen in any Holiday inn hotel. It took less than 30 minutes to get to downtown Boston city. I also like the fact that I could park my car for free. January 14, 2015
