Overall, this is a very nice place to stay. Only small details kept this from being 100%. First, all of the staff is very pleasant, helpful and always smiling. One front desk staffer was busy and the other was texting on her phone while I stood literally in front of her (for minutes) and she was oblivious to my presence. She was shocked when she looked up to find me waiting. I could have spoken up but wanted to see just how long she would be in her own "world". I think she learned something. The night time waiter could use some help. He's a one man show and spread too thin. Incredibly nice guy but he can't service the entire restaurant in a timely manner. Poor sound insulation in the building both from the inside (other rooms) and from the outside (road noise and an unknown sourced constant beeping noise). Lastly, why would the price increase by over $100/night within 60 days. It's a corporate thing but without a holiday, special event in the area or anything else that I could determine to cause such an increase, it left me with a bad taste about the whole deal. As of right now, my business in the area is done so I'm not wanting to go anywhere with an inquiry and I'll concentrate on moving forward. Overall a very nice place to stay. I happen to notice every detail in everything I do

The Holiday Inn Boston Bunker Hill was very strong indeed. The Hotel was very impressive in every way from the staff, rates and cleanliness all completed a great 4day stay. Keep up the great work, I will see you soon.

We stayed here one night before a cruise. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The room was exceptional - very clean, comfortable furniture and bed, and the bathroom was in excellent condition. I would definitely stay here again!
