WHEN ASKED TO MAKE A RESERVATION FOR FLORIDA AT A HOLIDAY INN WAS TOLD TO DO IT ON THE INTERNET. THEN SHE WENT BACK TO TALKING PERSONAL STUFF TO SOMEONE ELSE. WAS NOT ASKED ABOUR PRIORITY POINTS.
