When it was apparent that road construction was against us, I called the hotel to arrange a late check-out, as we weren't going to get there until 4:00 am. We seriously were going to need some good sleep. Thanks to construction, we didn't arrive until almost 6. Thankfully, they had everything ready, and check-in was only a matter of seconds. The bed was comfortable - and the room was quiet. We never heard anyone! Most importantly, we were not disturbed to see if we had left yet - apparently they made sure the cleaning staff knew we were checking out late. We really appreciate this! July 25, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Customer Service is very disappointing I left my personal blanket at this hotel. 4 hours after I checked out I realized this so I called back, front desk people was not very friendly. They ask for my phone number said they would call me back. That blanket means a lot to me so I ask can he call me back soon. He kept saying "we will give you a call back ok". The attitude was very bad. I felt like they treat me like this because I couldn't speak perfect English. Next day they didn't call me back. I called them again. Another representative answered the phone, said she is not aware of what happened. Ok she again asked my phone number said she would call me back tomorrow when house keeping is at work. The next day I still didn't hear anything. I assume at least you should call me back even if you couldn't find it. It was July 4 weekend and I have to drove all the way back to the hotel. When I got there they ask me to come back tomorrow to talk to house keeping staff. I just couldn't understand why they can't find it in the past three days and I have to come back to talk to house keeping myself? You could just tell me you couldn't find it. July 12, 2015

The rooms are very clean, the water is nice and hot for showering, the staff is courteous and professional. The complimentary breakfast area is set up very nice.
