Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Park and Fly still available Great for park and fly though you wonder if the parking lot is even remotely secure. I certainly doubt it. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Restaurant has limited choices, is expensive, and well, low quality unfortunately. We didn't want to drive around looking for another place to eat so settled on eating there. It's right next to the freeway so expect some highway noise depending on your room. It's a good hotel as a park and fly overnight destination. December 14, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient to SFO and a Good Restarurant in the Hotel The shuttle service to SFO and BART mean that in many instances, car rental is unnecessary. The staff members at the front desk are extremely personable. Enjoyed a good dinner while watching football in the restaurant with attentive and friendly service. It's unfortunate that the a/c in the room is motion controlled and limits the minimum temperature to a higher than desirable level. During the night, the room warmed up to a barely comfortable level. Such motion detecting thermostats are becoming more common, to the detriment of guest comfort. Management should take note and accommodate the needs of guests who require a cooler room for a good night's sleep. It would be a welcome enhancement to the comfortable mattress and pillows.
