Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good overall experience Good stay. I was in town for business in Memphis. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfy and pillows were just right. Only issue was that they dumped the trash at 4AM in the morning. This was an issue with the garbage collection vendor in the garbage truck, not an issue with the hotel itself. May 13, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by rude employees Not only was employee rude and confrontational about how I made my reservation, but I practically had to beg for a blanket. A blanket which was for the roll away bed I had requested for my room but was somehow forgotten about. After calling the front desk,several times, and even going to the front desk where I was greeted with WORST customer relations I've ever experienced I was basically told tough luck about a blanket. After returning to my room several minutes later, employee knocked on my room door, held blanket up, dropped in hands, and walked off. Never a thank you, sorry for the wait, NOTHING. If you are going to be in the business of serving the public you may want to get some new employees. Also it would be nice to not have employees nearly knock you down while exiting the elevators. COMMON COURTESY: allow people to exit elevator before rushing in. This is the second bad experience in the past few weeks. The other being at batesville, ms. So long. From: former ihg faithful but no longer. Goodbye. This was the last time I will book a room at any ihg hotel. May 13, 2015
