Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Most other Holiday Inn locations offer a free breakfast buffet. This location did not. Food was acceptable but not exceptional. Also, if you're a light sleeper, beware. There is air traffic flying over this location. Did not affect us too much but it was noticeable.

Great Hotel, close to airport and safe quiet area but very close to tons of restaurants and shopping

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Bobby Frank Great Place to stay
Location is not too far from Interstate 55. You will not hear the traffic and 18 wheelers go up and down the highway.
Is there a reason you don't have a Free Breakfast?

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by TravelerLady Clean, nice-looking hotel with friendly people
Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and all the areas I saw were clean and had a nice appearance (lobby, halls, guest room, fitness center, business center). Microwave was not very powerful, but that and the mini-fridge were nice to have. Nearby airport combined with insomnia made sleep difficult, but the inside of the hotel was very quiet. My main issue was that when I booked the room, I was told breakfast was included. However, this was not the case. Accuracy in these matters is important.

This is one of the nicest Holiday Inns I have stayed in. Very friendly and pleasant staff. Dining room has very good service and food. They were re-modeling the meeting area, but it was no inconvenience at all.

Clean room with quick access to business needs in the area. Short staffed so you have to wait from the desk to getting breakfast service.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Millster false information and lack of enough supplies
I was told when making the reservation that we were going to have a suite. When we arrived in our room it had no sitting area at all. When i called the desk to inquire, they said there were no suites in this location. Told us that this was an executive suite, that the fifth floor was exclusive for platinum guests. However, this floor was overrun by children having a birthday party and running around in swim suits etc. Was also told their was a complimentary breakfast (as in all locations I have stayed) but there was not.
As I was staying with a business friend, it was uncomfortable to have only one chair, one bar of soap, only three sets of towels & face cloths - (not one face cloth for arrival and one for morning). When I made a phone call and had to take a message, there was a small pad of paper, but no pen to write with, and no compatable WIFI to accommodate some note books. Moved to another location due to business on Monday would take longer than planned.
