Friendly clean hotel with a great staff. The restaurant has really good food and a nice atmosphere. I would defintely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

No hot water when we checked in , in the evening
and no hot water when we checked out in the morning.
Overall, this property is not recommended.

Good overall service once I got to the hotel, but was extremely disappointed that my hotel reservation wasn't entered as requested before arriving at the hiotel. This is not the first time that this has happened with my stays at Holiday Inn.

Great place to stay, really it was. It was my fault for leaving my heating pad and my daughter left two of her bathing suits. We didn't realize this until we got back home. I called on 3/29, they put me through to housekeeping and I left a message. No return call, so I called again on 3/30. Same scenario. I called again on 3/31. Still no return call. I'm happy to pay for shipping to get the items returned to me, but no one is returning my calls!

Arrived after my flight landed around 11pm to check in, Cesley and David were fantastic. I did not have any herbal tea in my room and David found some for me, even though he could have said none was available he did not and helped me out. There were both cheerful and smiling when I checked in and recognized me as an IHG member. Cesley updated me on the improvements to the property and what was to be coming. Very friendly staff and the hotel should be proud to have them as employees. Breakfast the next morning was great and I did not get the server's name but she was fantastic with a positive and cheery attitude. It was a real positive to start off the day!
