Had a very pleasant stay here at the Holiday Inn Spokane Airport. GM Mike was very helpful and on hand for any questions. The ENTIRE front desk staff is helpful. One front desk staff took the time to call around for us a rental van when we realized at the last minute that we would probably need one. The shuttle is available and was very accommodating when part of our team had to make a trip to Wal Mart just up the road. It also shuttles to the Northern Quest Casino. Warm cookies every evening at 4 was a PLUS. They don't have free breakfast but we were able to add breakfast on our room for $10 more---very reasonable when you have to feed 6 people 3 times a day for 8 days. Housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping our rooms spotless. We had the Leisure King Room which was spacious with a sofa area. We highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for making this one of the best business trips.

When my husband and I checked it they were speedy and accurate. The hotel is bright and pleasant to look at. The outside grounds and building are up kept. You can tell that they take pride in their jobs, it shows. Our room the heater was a bit noisy, but we had to turn it off so that we could get some sleep (room 225). It did get a little chilly in the room though. This is our second time staying at the hotel and have always had a great experience. We did eat at the restaurant Peppers for dinner and well the food wasn't all that great. We ordered the sampler plate and they were all out of the mozarella sticks so they gave us chicken wings. I believe that the wings were tainted cause we got food poisoning from it. The hamburger was tasteless no seasonings on it what so ever. Frankly, I wouldn't have called it fine dining. Prices are reasonable, however we should of just went to Airway Heights to eat dinner. The breakfast is good though. Service is a bit slow.

We are both Platinum members and decided to drive to Spokane the day prior to our flight and take advantage of the parking package with shuttle to airport. Room was ready at check in, Staff and Day Manager beyond pleasant and helpful. Everything was up to IHG standards. Good nights sleep, clean room and great bed. We decided to stay and eat at the on site Grill for dinner, had a great menu and food was good, so good we had breakfast before we left for the airport. Shuttle was on time, again the staff at this property are some of the best. From front desk, to servers and shuttle attendant. Would stay here again.

This hotel was affordable and also very comfortable and clean. I liked that they had a pool and it was open until midnight. They also have a restaurant and lounge area and this is a nice extra when staying at an airport hotel. I was able to swim and eat before heading to my room where a comfortable bed was waiting. The room was really clean and nicely updated. The staff was nice and I especially liked the airport driver. He was on time and very polite and friendly.

The airport location was very convenient. The rooms were clean, neat, and roomy. The front desk service was great. Our restaurant experience was 10 star. The food and beverage manager made us feel welcome and served us the delicious, gourmet breakfast . Every person was friendly....and the evening cookies were great.

I have been a Member for several years, even before with Priority. Hotel management was not available from 10pm to 5am. I stayed there because my father had several times before. Close to airport, flight crews stay there. Didn't want to drive from a hotel in Spokane Valley to the airport because of a 6am flight. Checked in, asked for a quite room away from people and a 345am wake-up. Two pilots in front of me asked for 5am wake ups. Went to bed at 9pm. At 10pm, I was awakened by numerous doors slamming and yelling and screaming in the hallway. A bunch of college kids were checking in and running from room to room. Called desk, asked why they put a college team near me on both sides and across the hall. Asked to be moved. Desk clerk came to my room, dropped
off keys to a room on on 3rd floor. I packed and went to room. I
didn't even open the door as there were numerous college kids around my room. Went to front desk, asked for a third room away from all the kids. Was told they were all over the hotel and I could try another room. Told them now I have to wake up in 4 hours. I went to the new room and keys would not work. Called the desk on my cellphone, no clerk. Then clerk was on my floor. Stopped her and told her keys not working. Said she would send new ones up. Those did not work, nor did the lock lights. Only after calling again and the desk clerk's master keys worked. Told her forget the keys, I'm going to bed. At 2am, I was again awakened again by the college kids. At 345am, I got up and dressed and went to the desk. I asked the clerk, who the college kids were and she said the xxx college Band. In addition to the Corporate site, I am sending a complaint to the school for this horrible experience. I believe my money should be 100% refunded for this incredibly horrible and unnecessary experience. Corporate awarded me points not a refund.
