Naomi in the bar always knows us and treats us like we are special people. We come to this hotel often and used to be treated that way by everyone. It seems the staffing changes so that everytime we come there are fewer familiar faces, Naomi introduced us as special customers to the new manager Swan. She was very nice and promised that we would always be special. Hats off to both of them.

Just overall comfortable and a pleasurable experience. The room was a welcome surprise to end our long travel day. The beds were especially comfortable.

My wife, my son, my brother and I were over here in Spokane for a memorial service for my aunt that passed and I was skeptical about the hotel since Spokane doesn't have the nicest of hotels. I was pleasantly surprised. Great service and super quiet rooms. If we are in the area again this will definetly be my first choice. Keep it up Holiday Inn of Spokane ;-)

This is a nice hotel. It looks like very new. I bring several coworker to this hotel before they departure to China next day. We arrived slightly later. But when we checked in, it is very nice. The assocaitor give us coupon for drink. It is really nice after long distance driving. Room is clean. It is very comfortable.

I have been an IHG member for almost 1 year. I book these resorts exclusively in my business travels, as they are always clean and up to date. The points are definitely an added bonus!

It is unfortunate that we got off on the wrong foot with the front desk. They informed me of an incorrect schedule regarding their hotel restaurant and bar. That was frustrating when trying to make plans. The next morning when I tried to eat breakfast, there was no one there to seat me. I waited 5 minutes. I needed to get to work so I went to Jack in the Box down the street instead and made it to work on time. Inconvenient because my office shares the same parking lot as the hotel. Day 2....no hot water. I understand that hot water is not anyone's fault (equipment maintenance) but not being able to shower in the morning is not a great way to start your day when you have already been less than impressed with the professionalism of the staff at the hotel. I feel like they may need a manager that has higher expectations of professionalism for their people.

my stay was awesome, from check in with front office staff, to the very spacious room, and great breakfast in the morning, check out was a breeze, with bill under my door the morning of departure, very accessible to the airport .
