I was not impressed with front desk person when I checked in. I do admit I was checking in earlier at 1:55. The receptionist immediately said its just after 1 and way too early to check in. I felt as though she was not interested in assisting me. I then asked if any rooms were available and that I was a platinum member. Her attitude changed completely after. A room was found that was available. I was not offered any welcome amenity for being a platinum member. The person at the front desk the next morning had a totally different attitude. He was very nice and helpful. Just felt that the afternoon front desk person could have been more welcoming.

We arrived around midnight. The room was much more than we expected and quite pleasant. We really LOVED the late checkout at NOON! Thank you so much for a nice stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The room was very clean and we enjoyed the stay.
I would have given higher marks but there was a serious miscommunication in the reservation.

Hotel was newly renovated and you could tell. Dealt with a few hotel receptionists and majority of them are extremely nice but one of them just irritated me to no extent.
Room was clean. Few stains on the carpets but not terrible. No Safe in rooms though. That was really inconvenient. Bed, pillows, shams all really comfortable. The drapes don't close all the way which I still don't understand why even today.
I dealt with a few hotel receptionists and for the most part they were all nice and accommodating except for one lady with short hair. Every time I asked her a question and always seemed irritated (I think it's because she never really knows the answer). Being clueless is one thing, giving me attitude because you are clueless is completely different. She thought my postal code was my city! When my wife called down to ask her if there was a safe in the room that we don't know about she had no idea what she was talking about. "Safe? What safe?" How do you not know what a safe is??? Never acknowledges us when we walk by. The only time she smiled at us is when we checked in and then checked out. Also, knowledge at the restaurant was terrible. Their thing is "Kids eat and drink free". I ordered two OJ's for my kids and the guy charged me $4 for each OJ. Not knowing it wasn't included with the kids meals is one thing, not telling me and just charging me $4 each when the pitcher is almost the same price is ridiculous. So my breakfast was way over priced and it wasn't even that good. Also, it's ridiculous that I paid to stay at this hotel and the hot tub/pool is out of order through my whole stay! 3 nights!!! That was very very disappointing for my whole family. I might be picky but I've worked in the customer service industry for over 10 years so I know what should be expected. I should note though that all the other receptionists were really nice, smiling, talkative, accommodating except for that one girl who I unfortunately had to see every time I left and came back to the hotel.
Overall the Hotel was pretty nice, staff needs to be trained better and the maintenance needs to be upkeep. 3 days expecting a hot tub and seeing it out of order for 3 days is ridiculous.

This place was nice for a quick stay. The room was a bit cold on entry but aside from that I found it comfortable and the bed was perfect for me. I like my mattresses a bit firm. The room was well lit and comfortable. The only issue was the noise that the elevator made when riding it. We took the stairs instead.
