From Check to check out a great stay. The gal that checked me in could not of been any nicer. The extra touch of spinning the priority club wheel was nice as was the room upgrade.
The room was perfect, good amenities and very clean.Went to the bar and the girl bartending was awesome and poured a great kamikazee. The enviroment was so good I ended having dinner at the bar. Upon check out another good experience small chat with the girl and a nice good luck today sir and safe travels.
This Holiday Inn has it all RIGHT

I am afraid that I would not stay at your location again over a weekend. Inside your hotel was like an elementary school playground, definitely not a relaxing experience.
While I was sitting in the lounge with my wife and brother, children were throwing plastic beverage bottles down on us from above. And to make matters worse, I did not see any evidence that the hotel staff were making an attempt to control the children. I have two children of my own, and I would have never let them behave in this manner in a public facility. The swimming pool was a complete free-for-all area. No adult that was unaffiliated with the sporting teams would have dare use the pool. I did not even feel safe walking back and forth to the fitness room.
Attracting sporting teams to stay at your facility may be a good revenue move. However, you should issue protective head gear to your other residents if you expect them to safely stay at your facility.
Personally, I am glad that my conference is moving their annual meeting to a new location. Yours is unacceptable unless you are 10 years old.

Good location
Nice staff
Great value
However, few things needs to be taken care
1. Room needs more deep cleaning, stuff is lying around the floor, behind the bed, side/TV tables etc.
2. Coffee maker needs to be in working condition and clean
3. Better quality of complementary travel accessories (e.g. tooth brush)
+ Surprise the Priority Club (Platinum level) members with small gifts/free room service etc.

The hotel was really nice, well maintained, clean and pleasant. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again!

This was all in all a nice clean hotel. Friendly staff, a nice building, comfortable beds, reasonable prices. The main problem I had with it was that the room didn't have a fridge or a microwave. You have to pay an extra daily fee if you want them! I was disappointed by this because in my experience even the cheapest motels have a fridge and a microwave, so at a hotel even in a standard room, it should just be a given if you ask me. Another disappointment was the lack of TV channels to choose from. I don't have cable at home so that small luxury is one of the reasons I look forward to a hotel stay, but they didn't have as many channels as the typical hotel or motel does. oh and there was no bathroom fan. It also seemed like it could really use another elevator, there was such a long wait to use one that sometimes we just opted for the stairs especially when one of them broke down. I'm sure it was due to the fact that it was packed because of the convention going on but still it was an inconvenience. It's definitely not the worst place I've ever stayed, but the only reason I would stay there again would be because its hosting the convention I want to attend. I know I'm being nit-picky but with so much competition for hotels to choose from out there, I think the details really do matter.

We have stayed here twice - and both times it was the same experience - GREAT!
The girl who checked us in was friendly, smiling and attentive. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
The hotel is beautiful - and just fun to walk around in.
The breakfast was very good, and the waitress staff took good care of us. Breakfast was included, and that was a plus.
YES! we would stay here again. Great hotel.
