Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn Springdale/Fayetteville Area I was extremely disappointed with the service of the front desk staff. Beginning with check in all the way to the end of my stay. I found them to be rude and unhelpful. When I was checking in, the girl told me to ask if there was anything that I might need. After checking my room I pointed out that I was needing a few everyday items. She told me that they did not provide those items and then continued to tell me because they are a full service hotel. I am not sure if this hotel understands full service. When I hear full service, I think FULL SERVICE not NO SERVICE. She was just lane rude. I also found the rooms to be old and worn out. The bedding and towels were very old and close to thread bare. There were tiles loose and broken in the bathroom. Overall, this is a very poor hotel and I do not recommend this place to anyone. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by large room with comfortable bed Large Room with what looked to be new furnishings, carpet, and TV. Had a problem with a/c and requested a different room. Staff was very accommodating and the a/c in the new room was quiet and efficient. Room had a separate vanity, in addition to the vanity in the bathroom, which nicely compensated for what was otherwise a small and dated bathroom. Bed was quite comfortable. Our first stay here (we were disapointed with another hotel in the area) and we were so glad we gave you a try. We don't travel that much but you will be the place to stay in the future. The appearance and ambiance was that of more expensive hotels with the waterfall and glass elevators. We loved staying here. The only hitch came when trying to connect our IPads to the internet, but the front desk staff patiently walked us through the process and it worked fine. This hotel is located next to the freeway. This was convenient but no noise was noticeable. We were impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Even the front desk trainee went out of his way to make sure we received top notch service. October 21, 2014

The hotel was clean and attractive. the room was very comfortable, but I found that the curtains did not quite close well enough to filter out sunlight. Their attitude was upsetting and even after brought issue to them they just didn't care. Also had to pay for final night even though I had to check out for personal reasons. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Rooms and service were great! The entrance doors are too heavy to open. Doors that open automatically would be a great "gift" to your guests. Maybe it was that I am older and not as strong as I used to be, but even without luggage, those doors are the heaviest I have had to maneuver. If I had a cart, rather than just an over-the-shoulder purse and a small rolling bag, I don't think I could have even made it through those doors. Thank you for offering the survey. Guess they wanted us in bed early Only 2 elevators located only on one side of the hotel. Strange for an 8 story hotel. Stay was great otherwise. Food good. October 8, 2014

First morning, I asked for a tea and the answer was in the beginning, and later the staff found a tea bag somewhere. I stay at Holiday Inn properties all over the country every week for business and this one is as nice as I have seen. I was actually here on a trip with my wife to attend a biker rally and the staff was more than accomidating from the bar staff to simply allowing me to park my $32,000 chopper under the coverd area up front.
