The warm breakfast buffet unlike the other chains was something I looked forward to every morning. The staff was great, could not ask for better. Parking was great. All around I found nothing I could or would complain about. It was great. I totally recommend this beautiful hotel. November 13, 2013

We choose HIE for the comfort, value, and proximity to all our favorite stops. We also enjoy the pool and hot tub after a long hard day of shopping. We've never been disappointed! October 26, 2013

Having a place for smokers outside away from intake air vents and entrances would keep the odor out of the hotel's circulating air inside and having to walk through the haze when entering and leaving the building. Drive to stadium was easy, hotel was nice and roomy, staff were all nice, and breakfast upgrade for $5 was a good value. Lots of resturaunts in area too. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Non working toilet for most of our stay My roommate and I were quite disappointed with our stay. Our toilet wouldn't flush all the way and even though we complained 5 times we couldn't seem to get any resolution. I finally brought a photo of the toilet with tissue floating in it and that finally got us results after 3 days of complaining. They then moved us to a room that had a stopped up bathtub. We took showers standing ankle deep in dirty water, to the tops of our ankles. At least the toilet worked in the 2nd room. It was easier to find the first room, we just looked for the huge stain in the carpet in the hallway outside of our room. Then, the elevators weren't working properly for our entire 5 night, 6 day stay. One elevator didn't work at all and the other stopped at every floor going both up and down. We were attending one of two workshops going on in the hotel at the same time, leading to long delays and crowded elevators whenever we wanted to go to our rooms. It was a very disappointing stay and if I ever go back to the same area, I won't be staying here. Rude and uncaring front desk help and lack of maintenance made for an unpleasant stay. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Reservations This is a great hotel, have stayed there many times. They go out of their way to accomadate their guest. My complaint was with making the reservations. I made them 3 months in advance and never received the e-mail confirmation. I called the day before I was to leave and they did not have me in the system as having reserved a room. Fortunately they had a room for me. I was told they would e-mail my confirmation right then, I never got it. I wrote down my confirmation number, and I did have a room when I got there. I was told that there had been some problems with reservations, and in the future, wait two days after making a reservation to confirm it was booked. October 9, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not the best experience I was at the hotel for business but my Team Lead and I couldn't get connected to the internet for almost the whole first day we were there. Housekeeping also moved everything I had on the sink the first morning and when I came back to the room to pick something up I found a personal item was missing. I asked if they could check with the housekeeper but they called back and said it must have been thrown out and the garbage was gone. The comment from the front desk was "what would you like me to do about it." My Team Lead also found that something was missing from her room and the next day she received a small gift and an apology note. I got nothing. Not very good service. October 2, 2013

We were on the highway side which was quite noisy, but, the staff and food are excellent and met our needs in a timely manner. We did have an unexpected wake up call one morning- but overall it was a great experience. There is plenty of room for a large conference at this location. October 2, 2013

My son left a stuffed animal in the room and the staff located it and sent it back to us. This is the type of customer service all hotels should strive to deliver. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Hotel Enjoyed my recent 10 day stay at the Holiday Inn Springdale, Arkansas. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. The wait staff were very attentive at the breakfast buffet. Bed very comfortable and the room was clean. Yah! If you are going to do another remodel - I would recommend upgrading each room to have an individual fridge. It is especially nice when you have a guest staying for more than one day. It would be a great convenience to have this. Even the less expensive other chain hotels often have a fridge. It would also be nice if you would put the morning paper, partially under the door - so you don't have to go "out" to pick it up each morning. The elevator had mechanical issues a few times during my 10 day stay. It created long lines when it was time to check out. September 30, 2013

Most hotels, especially those in this price range, offer the convenience of an in-room refrigerator and microwave. They are available at this Holiday Inn only if you are willing to pay an additional $10.00 per night for each appliance. Ridiculous when you consider the basic room rate!! September 28, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by No Maid Service My room was never cleaned on the second day of my stay. I was told because my "Do not Disturb" sign was up when they came by my room wouldn't be cleaned. I was out of the room by 10am. The bar needed a second bartender. One was waiting table and working behind the bar. Outside was an eyesore with pizza boxes and dirty ashtrays. On the other hand, room was clean when I arrived; it was quiet and comfortable. September 26, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Value in the Fayetteville area This is a very well kept property in a great location. The rooms are very up to date and clean and the hotel staff was very professional. I have two suggestions to make the hotel stay even more pleasant: 1) If you are going to give free breakfast coupons to Priority Club memebers, give them to all members of the party (or at least 2 people). If I'm travelling with my spouse and you give only me a breakfast coupon, it feels liek a slight. 2) 8:30 in the morning is a little early to have housekeeping knocking on the door. I reccomend that you only clean rooms, that early, of people who have checked out at the front desk. Some people get cranky when awakened early if they are travelling for leisure. September 9, 2013
