Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 A pleasant experience overall The stay was nice. I only had two minor issues. Just because a smoking room is a smoking room does not mean it has to smell like old stale cigarettes. I have never had a room smell so bad of old stale cigarette. My clothes in my luggage smelled bad after a night in there. Being a Priority Club member I have always had some benefits when checking in at other Holiday Inns. i.e. a snack, bottle of cold water, etc. I have always received a voucher for a free breakfast in dinning room but not here. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Average Hotel, very clean We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. My only complaint is about the bed - and we heard same from several of our friends also staying here. In fact one couple changed hotels because their bed was too hard. Our bed also was too hard, and actually sunk in the middle too. Probably the most uncomfortable bed I've slept in at a hotel in years. Hopefully they'll listen to the complaints and get better beds. The hotel and the rooms were very clean and nice, and extremely quiet despite being near a main road and expressway. The restaurant connected to the hotel was excellent. We had a large party of 12 at dinner one evening and everyone was very pleased with the food. It tasted great and was presented nicely too (extra effort!). Our experience with the staff was all very positive. However, the couple traveling in our group who asked to change rooms because of the hard bed was treated very rudely by one of the ladies at the front desk. Maybe they caught her on a bad day?
