Every single staff member went above-and-beyond to ensure I felt very well take care of, even those just passing in the halls... and they all thought ahead so I didn't have to ask for anything! My room was much larger than I expected, and exceptionally clean and up-to-date; the A/C worked perfectly; the mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable; a surplus supply of soft towels were in the large sized bathroom. My only disappointment was mini-fridges were not standard in the rooms. I was offered to have one reserved but without guarantee that it'd be available. The staff offered to let me use theirs behind the front desk, but that's not convenient. I was told there would be one in each room after the renovation next year. July 3, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Booking error I made the reservations for five people, two couples, one with a son for June 5-7 to attend the CSS Synod Assembly in Springfield, MO. First off, the confirmation number never arrived via email as I was told it would. I had to call back twice to get the confirmation number. It never did arrive via email. Second, when the guests arrived to check in, their reservation was for smoking rooms. They were told that is what was reserved. However, I know these people do not smoke and would never have requested a smoking room. A non-smoking room was found for the couple with the son and the other couple took a smoking room. So even though I was not a guest, I want to express my displeasure at this poor quality of service. June 11, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very Nice Facility and Service My room was very quiet, attractive, and comfortable. (No, the towels are not soft, but they are clean and plentiful.) They do not provide a lot of high end touches, but everything was fresh, current, and spotless. The fitness center had all new high-end equipment (4 treadmills, 2 ellipticals, a cycling machine, and free weights) and a nice flat screen television. It was one of the best fitness centers I've found in a hotel. Everything worked perfectly. I had one evening meal in the restaurant and found the service, food (and menu selection) to be very good. Hotel staff were very efficient and welcoming. We left a cell phone behind by mistake and they contacted me as soon as the discovered it (which was luckily before I left town.) June 9, 2014

We didn't eat at any of the restaurants but the drinks at the bar were great. Reception desk personnel and hotel staff were pleasant, efficient, and we didn't have to wait for anything. Went back to desk and got new keys and still couldn't get in so the manager got us in and said he would give us new keys then the phone rings and they told us we were in the wrong room( that's why the key didn't work). Now we had to move. Very POOR management. So we packed up and moved to another room. NO apology or NO discount, NO NOTHING!! Also this hotel has no free breakfast. And only One of the TWO elevators worked. Not a good stay. April 9, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Not Bad I was worried when I checked I'm as there were teenage sports teams checking in. It took about 5 minutes for anyone at the front desk to acknowledge that was standing there and then the guy at the desk that I guess was getting ready to get off work was snotty enough that I almost just told them to cancel my reservation, but I ignored his horrible attitude and went on. The elevators are about the scariest elevators under ever been on. However the cleanliness of the room and the public areas was spot on for me, and I am VERY picky about cleanliness. The room was spacious and comfortable for the price. However you had to have the TV remote in a very specific spot for it to work. The heat/air unit, much like a hand full of other things throughout the hotel, were out dated but still worked fine. I would be willing to stay here again and give another try because it truly was so clean. April 8, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Arizaona Queen We stayed at the hotel twice in 2013, once in February 2014 and our last visit in March 2014. Our last stay in March was different than our previous stays and very disappointing. Our room smelled terrible, not in as good repair as our previous suites, and even towels were so thin and rough to the skin. When we voiced our concerns at front desk, the staff was very concerned and offered us two free breakfast tickets to compensate for our disappointment. We enjoyed our breakfast, but were not well rested after our restless night. The smell was coming from the vent in the entry hall, and kept us from sleeping, even though we had windows open all night. April 3, 2014

Had a soccer club there and another group of kids was hit w balls went to go to lobby kids kicking soccer balls all throughout lower levels screaming kids were rude an loud late then early am got no sleep don't get to enjoy the pool w my kid went to dinner asked for a shot was made wrong served in a drink glass didn't fix And was still charged April 2, 2014
