Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Fairly nice room Not conducive for people with physical challenges. We were on the 3rd floor and only one elevator was working. Need more handcap rooms or a better screening for real physical challeneged people. Obese people should not be considered handicap; leg braces and wheel chairs are. It's a long walk and there is no refrigerator. October 2, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Hotel but EAT elsewhere Nice hotel, clean rooms...Really everything you would want in a stay....but! find your meals elsewhere. Hotel has a restaurant that i have gone to twice on differetn occasions and zero customers...So i refrained from eating there. I have however, gone to the bar area which is quite pleasent and ordered food to be delivered over to th bar area from the restaurant. Much more ambiance and open space concept in the bar area where as the restaurant is your traditional 80's looking place. The restaurant would really make an excellent fitness area in the future...hint hint Folks..this is a great place to stay, but the food/dining nearby is my recommendation to you. September 26, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 NOT By far not the best of Holiday Inn Express locations. Needs lots of work, rooms are dated. Only one elevator working, had to share the service elevator with the staff. Entry to Door "A" did not work, even notified the staff, and no changes were made to get it working. Much better values in the area. September 20, 2014

We got great sleep, as it was very quiet at night. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable Everything was very clean. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to be accommodating. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service but needs maintenance Friendly staff and overall a great stay. We like staying here because it is easy to get in and out of for our travels. However one of the elevators was down for repairs and the HVAC in our room would not adjust on the temp so we could not just run the fan to circulate the air without freezing ourselves out. Standard maintenance issues that i feel will be corrected. August 27, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Service in lounge was terrible I went to the the lounge with my laptop to have a beer and get something to eat. I sat there for an hour without anyone asking me if they could get me something to drink, or look at a menu...nothing. After awhile I intentionally sat there to see how long it would take before someone ask if I was okay or needed anything. After an hour, I was frustrated and left. I was sitting out in the open and it was obvious I was there. Other patrons were there as well and they seemed to be getting service. I don't get it. August 25, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great experience I stated earlier in this survey that I had a great experience, but would like to emphasize how helpful the restaurant manager and staff (during breakfast) were. We had the same server that we had last year and she was always there or nearby if we needed anything and was very sweet. The manager was awesome...so friendly and helpful with things to do around town and where to go for a good bargain. LOVED HER...and in case you are wondering, we are NOT related! LOL August 21, 2014
