Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff /Under Construction Tho The Staff was FANTASTIC with exception to housekeeping, The property was under a major renovation and it was cluttered with makeshift areas in the dining room and front desk not to mention large rolls of carpet stored in the common hallways. Room pricing should have been adjusted to compensate for this. November 17, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Coach trip with friends to Sy. Augustine. Our stay at this hotel was part of a trip to St. Augustine and included 50 other travelers. We all arrived together and ate together which puts an additional strain on reception and dining staff. Despite this everything went well and the staff were friendly and efficient. November 16, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Not Holiday Inn Quality Staff Missed cleaning room, I had to call for service. Reserved a king room in Aug and wound up with a handicapped room that we did not need and had been poorly remodeled. After finding out there was no contiental breakfast we gave the $12.99 per person a try- big mistake. The wait staff was excellent trying to serve us while working around construction people -i would walk to Denny's if you opt to stay here. Clearly not up to Holiday Inn standards, someone from corporate should investigate this property carrying your name and logo. November 15, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful cleaning staff The cleaning staff at this hotel went above and beyond to help make sure our stay was comfortable and they where very helpful and polite. The only issue we had during our stay was the quality of the internet access. It was very poor in the room. Also the hot tub was not as clean as it should of been. November 9, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good location very friendly staff I spent 4 nights in this hotel with 2 friends. We had a room with 2 Queen beds and a sofa bed, plenty of room for 3 adults.The room had been refurbished to a very high standard. This hotel is undergoing an extensive refurbishment and during our visit the lobby and resturant were under construction. Having said that the inconvience to guests was kept to a minimum and in no way took away from our stay and it will be excellent once finished. The restaurant staff were delightful and coped exceptionally well with limited facilities. Full breakfast was available each morning. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a mixup with our booking but they quickly got that sorted and as a gesture of good will we were given complementary breakfast for our entire stay. The only down side to our stay was the lack of internet connection, non existent in the bedrooms, we had to go to the lobby to get a connection. The staff too were having problems so hopefully this is something that will be sorted soon. We thoughly enjoyed our stay, St Augustine is a beautiful city. Will definitely be back and would have no hesitation in booking this hotel again. November 9, 2014

Rooms were well appointed and very comfortable and a great nights sleep was had by all. Breakfast was more than enough and the staff are a credit to the Holiday Inn group. Well done Holiday Inn St Augustine , Historic district. Again we will be back and thanks for making our overnight stay so enjoyable. November 8, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful Confortable Rooms Our stay included one night while visiting St Augustine just before Halloween to enjoy the activities and haunts of the city. There were a total of 4 of us including my wife and two teenage daughters. We had a great time and really enjoyed the beautiful room and comfortable beds. The staff were very friendly , the only drawback was the unsightly lobby construction. We realize however, to improve and update there needs to be time to do it. There were no issues with noise or inconveniences due to the construction. November 5, 2014
