Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Inadequate Managment with Unsanitary Conditions It will behoove you to check your bathroom/bedding for cleanliness when you first get there. If you don't notice items like your shower having issues until the morning--they will likely be dismissive of your concerns. Furthermore, when they offer some sort of compensation, I would check that they have followed through. I had to call corporate to get through to them. April 20, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by short on help I did not receive an invoice under my door. I went to check out at front desk. I stood in line 10 minutes while one lone receptionist dealt with one customer. I left in frustration unable to receive an invoice for my stay. if you are not going to slip the invoice under the door to the room like other hotels do then have enough staff to help those check out quickly. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Smoke smell The hotel was clean and comfortable, but I stayed in a room that was a smoking room many years ago and could still smell the smoke. Maybe I am just very sensitive, but it did bother me. The bathroom also needed a lot of work. My shower did not have any caulking, and a colleague that I traveled with had black mold in her shower.
