The staff members I had contact with were all very friendly and helpful, my need for a room was very last minute and they were very nice about making the arrangements for my stay.
They were quick to answer my questions, as I did not have my card with me they looked up my name and number and took care of everything for me.

This property has a great staff that works hard to maintain a property that is showing some age.
The biggest problem we encountered was the wireless internet connection in our room was very slow and would boot us off-line often enough that we gave up using it.
The biggest surprise we encountered was getting a suite that had a wet bar and refrigerator, but no microwave.

We were there with a group of 250 other Model A enthusiast, location was excellent with easy access to interstate, service was excellent food was good, cars were safe in adjoining parking lot; would recommend this hotel.

Don't bother staying here if you are looking for relaxing, the staff will give you anxiety as they don't work well together to solve your customer questions.
The pillows are squishy (which some may like) but you may need more than 2 if you have a larger head because the pillows are tiny.
The air conditioning was broke so you may sweat 5 pounds off by staying in the room, it was so hot and sticky. I was staying for a wedding and even my clothes were damp from the humidity in the room.
The cleaning staff is purely and simply just obnoxious, walked in on me sleeping and asked me when I planned to check out because I was supposed to change rooms but the desk manager the night before told me I didn't need to change.
Breakfast food was decent, however, the waiting staff kept gossiping about each customer that walked in AND I was also served my apple juice from the container brought from the kitchen, not even given a second glass, just brought the box container and poured into my cup.
DO NOT STAY HERE!

Hotel looks rough on the outside but the inside is a bit classy. The bar is great with a great staff and decent selection. The restaurant served some pretty good salads, however the steak was overpriced and very small.
The A/C was absolutely dismal. My A/C in my first room was barely able to keep up, but after my bed broke (yes, the frame broke) I was moved to another room where the A/C unit failed to keep the room below about 90 degrees while the sun was up. The internet in both rooms may as well have been dial up it was so slow.
The staff did a great job in trying to accommodate all of the issues.
