All arrangements were fulfilled in requested manner, and without incident.The in service dining and break needs were handled professionally by the appointed staff, and in a friendly manner. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel The hotel lobby, bar area, restaurant and pool area were all very nice. The elevators were fairly quick and you did not have to wait long for them to arrive. The room was very clean and appealing visually however it did have a very musty smell the entire time even though we were using the AC. The bathroom was a nice size and very well lit. The water pressure was very nice in the shower. Upon first look at the toilet there were a few dark hairs on it but it otherwise looked to be clean. Had dinner and drinks in the restaurant. Waitstaff was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was another story. Waitstaff was not very friendly. Food was nicely prepared. April 6, 2016

The Staff was very straight forward and professional. The rooms were comfy and clean. Our overall experience was pleasant and we are likely to book rooms with Holiday Inn in the future. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and ok service As previously stated, My last night, I was unable to take a shower. I was able to take a bath so it wasn't that bad but, I prefer showers. When I mentioned it the the front desk, she didn't seem surprised. I just think these details should be noticed upon cleaning the room and rectified before booking it for the next guest.
