Family of 5 - stayed overnight for the Park and Ride option as we had early morning flight. Great to park onsite and get a ride to the airport as part of the package.
We arrived at hotel after 11 pm, hotel was clean, check in was fast and easy. Beds were comfortable and room was well equipted. Short walk to gas station across parking lot- great for snacks and incidentials such as toddler cold medicine. Checked out at 4 am and took shuttle to airport. Shuttle was smooth and easy- even with little ones.
Once at airport, realized daughter left baby blanket at hotel. Over the next month, I left 9 messages for housekeeping manager. After no return, I sent an email regarding the situtation. Manager first name Scott replied within 5 minutes and despite it being over a month he found my daughters baby blanket and mailed it immediately. My daughter cried every night and when she opened the package she cried tears of joy!! Thanks to managment and great service recovery!! Thanks again!!

this is a beautiful hotel, very clean and quiet, no problems of any kind. The desk staff didn't seem all that interested in us at any time we came by. They did help us, but that extra little smile or comment was missing. Overall, a great stay!

I recently stayed at the Holiday inn Airport West in Earth City and was very pleasantly surprised at how enthusiastically I was greeted by the hotel staff. I immediately got checked in and received help with my luggage. The lobby was very inviting and a great place to meet and greet friends. In fact, we had a cocktail and dinner on property. The service was excellent!
I'm certainly looking forward to my next stay at this property.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. As I asked about picking up the shuttle from the airport after dropping off a rental car, they set up a shuttle to pick up at the rental car location. This saved me at least 30 minutes in time. When I called just before making the reservation, I was told they would pay for a taxi if the shuttle couldn't be there in time to pick me up and take me to the airport. Turns out the shuttle was five minutes earlier than expected, and I made it to the airport with time to spare.

Considering what it went through last year the hotel is in great shape. It appears most of the rebuilding is through,Malones is up and running and other than the construction dumpster outside you would never know it was damaged. Staff is great as always and the rooms are very comfortable.

My girlfriend and I loved it. The workers are friendly and the room is very new. I personally like the bed. We had very high quality of sleep and energetically travelled around the next day. Also the gym is nice.

I frequently stay in this area. Over the last 5 months, I have been given a room, that was booked to someone else, 4 times at this location. 2 out of the 4 times, I have walked in and have seen someone and had to explain that the desk gave me this room. Not only does this make it awkward for myself, it upsets the person I walk in on. In a hotel, you should never feel concerned that someone has a key to your room! The staff needs to fix this problem immediately! I went back downstairs and demanded someone from their staff to look at the room before I walked into my replacement. This is unacceptable and the hotel should keep better tracking of their available rooms. This is likely my last stay at this hotel.
