Everything we experienced was excellent, from the group manager's service, check-in and check-out processes, restaurant, and housekeeping - all staff were friendly and willing to go above and beyond to accommodate us. Room were clean and comfortable. This is really one of the best hotel experiences I have had in a long time. I will return and recommend to friends. May 11, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good for the money and consistent. Good for the money. Know what to expect each time I stay and it remains consitent. Don't expect warm greetings or super attentive behavior by front desk staff, but they are knowledgeable enough to and will answer your questions and are able to fulfil your requests. Quality and fast breakfast at the restaurant served by friendly staff. Loud AC unit (typical of Holiday Inn in general) but ear plugs do the trick. May 11, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Don't eat Went to the restaurant in the hotel it took 25 minutes to get water and the waiters attention. After ordering it took 30 more minutes before we walked out. Talked to the manager and she said it's just to busy for them and said to give them 30-45 more minutes for the order. We left and ate at McDonald's which was a set up from this restaurant. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Odor issue I booked Non-smoking room, I was flabbergasted when I entered the room given to me full of odor from smoking. It was like someone just finished smoking in the room. I complained to the hotel staff and they promptly swing into action to neutralize the odor, but the odor still persisted after a while. I was not able to be reassigned to another room because the hotel was full. April 27, 2015
