Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by TishB! Comfortable bed is the only thing good about this hotel
When entering the lobby there is a strong odor of chlorine. The halls and common areas smell of mold. There is NO complimentary breakfast and the price is very high for the quality of stay. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable. Location is hard to find when coming off the highway.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Tallan59 Hotel room and staff was good, but restaurant not so much
The front desk staff were all very nice and helpful, and the room was good - which is what I have come to expect from a Holiday Inn. But the restaurant left a lot to be desired. I went into the bar for dinner and was ignored until I flagged over the bartender. Part of my dinner came out barely warm, so I sent it back. Then I ordered an after dinner drink and got the wrong drink. In the morning I had to wait for a while to be seated, even though the restaurant was nearly empty. The food was good, but the waitress disappeared after delivering it. I finally had to flag down a different waitress to get my bill just so I could get out and leave for work. Bottom line - I would not recommend the restaurant.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by KatieLynn3689 Great stay for a post-concert
Having a career that requires I travel often, I mostly stay at IHG hotels. This experience was comparable, if not better than most that I've had. We were allowed early check-in, late check-out, and it was the perfect distance from the concert we attended.

We have stayed at the Holiday Inn Airport West Earth City many times and have always been well satisfied with our stay. We highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay there again when visiting St. Louis.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Neliy OK...Staff was not very attentive
I stopped by since this was a newer Holiday Inn where I do my monthly visits for my clients. As I checked in the staff seemed overwhelmed. One girl working front desk was having a hard time working with customers since the phone kept ringing and she was the only one there...It felt confusing and for such a nice looking hotel from the outside you would expect more. As I passed the front desk the girls were not the most attentive. Just looking down etc..weird
Room was an executive that was cleaned quickly. crumbs still on chair and table. The bathroom (shower area) had peeling paint falling from ceiling. The pipes were exposed under sink by some make shift cut out...strange.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Zammy Great Concert Hotel
The hotel is in good shape for an "experienced" Holiday Inn. The staff can be hit or miss depending on who you speak with, but they were running at full capacity and you could tell they were understaffed. While checking out the girl answered the phone and said to a co-worker on the line... "Who is coming in then if you don't?" Sounds like an opportunity for management to improve. Hire the people they need and make it a first class place. Even raise wages if they have to to keep their best people.
We went to a concert that night and the check in staff and drivers were GREAT. The Bar/restaurant was closed on a Friday at 11:00pm. They missed a chance to make a bundle. The other concert goers and I had every pizza delivery place in the area busy.
We plan to do this again soon... but leave snacks in the room for after the concert.
