Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great one night stay! This hotel is great for a quick stay. Close to the airport and has a restuarant inside. Upon arrival I was greeted by the front desk clerk, he was nice and helpful. Check-in was quick and easy. My room was on the 8th floor(the very top) and it was nice. However, housekeeping did not do a very good job at cleaning. The soap holder in the shower was not clean at all and there were paper on the floor. Also, there weren't a lot of towels. It kind of felt like they did a rush a job. Other than that it was a nice stay. April 15, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Quiet location, but staff not engaged I like this location as it is convenient for work, but the front staff are less than friendly. I have not been greeted as a Rewards member multiple times when checking in and have observed front end staff reading books, crocheting, texting, and having personal conversations with what appears to be friends. They simply aren't engaged in service and the customer. The restaurant is convenient, but the bartenders aren't real friendly.....again seem to be more interested in conversing with coworkers than giving service to paying customers. Service is slow and appears they are doing ME a favor when they serve me. There's a Holiday Inn Express on the other side of the exit....I'll try my luck there next week. April 7, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Lost Baby Blanket - Great Service Recovery Family of 5 - stayed overnight for the Park and Ride option as we had early morning flight. Great to park onsite and get a ride to the airport as part of the package. We arrived at hotel after 11 pm, hotel was clean, check in was fast and easy. Beds were comfortable and room was well equipted. Short walk to gas station across parking lot- great for snacks and incidentials such as toddler cold medicine. Checked out at 4 am and took shuttle to airport. Shuttle was smooth and easy- even with little ones. Once at airport, realized daughter left baby blanket at hotel. Over the next month, I left 9 messages for housekeeping manager. After no return, I sent an email regarding the situtation. Manager first name Scott replied within 5 minutes and despite it being over a month he found my daughters baby blanket and mailed it immediately. My daughter cried every night and when she opened the package she cried tears of joy!! Thanks to managment and great service recovery!! Thanks again!! March 31, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great stay this is a beautiful hotel, very clean and quiet, no problems of any kind. The desk staff didn't seem all that interested in us at any time we came by. They did help us, but that extra little smile or comment was missing. Overall, a great stay! March 25, 2015
