Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Staff and Hotel I travel frequently for work, over the years I have stayed at several IHG hotels all over the country - the staff and overall experience at this hotel supersedes all the others. Check in was fast and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nice. I wish all my stays were like this one. Great job and I will definitely stay here in the future. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Last night in St. Louis Our last night before leaving the Midwest was spent at the Airport Holiday Inn in St. Louis. The room was quite comfortable. The staff made us feel welcome and went out of their way to help at every opportunity. Our special thanks to the bar tender Susan who made us feel at home. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Business Travel Stay here every time I am in the St. Louis area for business as it's right next to the drop off for the rental car and its close proximity to the airport. A shuttle is provided. The staff here are always accommodating and recognize your status as an IHG member. the hotel is dated however and could use a facelift. There is a pool outside but its open only during the hottest times of the year. There are also outside grills you can take advantage of if you want to cook your own. The wifi is decent. The on site bar/grill is only so-so. Located in the "basement" it smells musty, seems dated and does not lend itself to a good work and eat atmosphere. Would recommend and update on this level. Otherwise, a decent place to stay if you are here overnight for travel but not so much extended stay. February 10, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by 10 p.m. phone calls from staff not appreciated I was awakened (after a 600 mile drive) by front desk around 10 pm to verify room charges in which someone was trying to charge to my room (which I did not approve). When I checked out the next morning, I was assured there were no extra charges to my room, however there are still charges "pending" that I didn't make. IHG doesn't give any information on charges that are "pending". Not a good stay at all. February 6, 2015
