From the front desk staff to the restaurant staff to housekeeping staff, we encountered an excellent combination of professionalism and kindness. Located close to the airport, this property has been well maintained. Easy access to the interstate and all points close. I would recommend this property if you would be in St. Louis. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by poor shuttle service and unsanitary standards in dining area Shuttle service was not available as pre-arranged per reservation agreement. Phone number used to contact shuttle was contact number for Crowne Plaza. When reservations were made, Crowne Plaza had no vacancies, so reservations were made through IHG group for a stay at Holiday Inn Airport. Upon arrival at airport, we used the contact number through which reservations were made, and were told that this number was for Crowne Plaza, not Holiday Inn. We were aware of this, however, no contact number was ever made available for us to use for transportation to Holiday Inn. We were stranded at midnight. Unsafe?? We used a shuttle bus that did take us to Holiday Inn, and as a result, incurred additional monetary expenses. During breakfast, one of the staff was preparing eating utensils inside napkins for the dining area, but at the same time, was scratching her head and back with a fork. Unsanitary conditions? Needless to say, our appetites waned immediately. July 28, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Breakfast Staff I was on Mission Trip and we all stayed in the hotel. We received very good service. The front desk was very helpful. I especially commend the restaurant staff. Claudia remembered what kind of juice we had every morning, very impressive. Kevin and Sharon were very attentive. And of course, Jose, good cook. I will say if I had to pay for my breakfast at $8.95 I would not have stayed at this hotel. I don't pay for breakfast when I stay at hotels. I expect them to be complimentary. July 27, 2015

The only draw back is they do not provide a free continental breakfast and the restaurant was rather pricey in my opinion. They do provide long term parking on their property. It is not fenced in, but I was told there is security cameras. My car was fine after I got back from Long Island. The shuttle service was great too. Highly recommend. July 27, 2015
