The best aspect of the hotel was the exceptionally helpful and friendly front desk staff. The rooms are somewhat dated, though clean and well maintained. Overall, the stay was fine; much of what might be expected of a hotel that is beginning to show its age.

The rooms were average. It was definitely an older hotel, but overall the rooms were clean and the greeting staff was nice. There is a airport shuttle as well.
Definitely do not waste your money at the restaurant. We ordered a cheese pizza for $9 that was essentially a tortilla with cheese on it. The burger my friend ordered was cold on arrival and my other friends chicken strips were flavorless, pre-frozen chicken. It didn't help that our smoky waitress would rather sit behind the bar watching TV than serving us. We almost did not tip her she was so bad (and we ALWAYS tip at least 20%).
Overall, I would have rather gone hungry than eat the food. If you are just there to sleep, this hotel is probably ok.

We got a room last minute and Victoria went above and beyond to accommodate us. Gave us information on the Metro and the hotel van to help us get to and from the city. Also helped me with a minor problem I had with my IHG membership card.
Several of the other staff members at this check in time we're very helpful as well. Nice stay. B

Didn't like the room or property as much as most other hotels I typically stay at but the staff was very friendly, accommodating and went above and beyond.

Overall, the room was a fantastic room, as I was upgraded to a "King Suite" due to my status in the rewards program, but... it would have been a lot easier to sleep in if the window could have been completely covered to ensure the room stayed dark after sunrise. The breakfast food was great, and dinner was not so hot, as they just don't know how to cook salmon, and it turned out kind of rubbery, as if it had been over-microwaved. It is a given that most restaurants have trouble cooking salmon, but I have to wonder why they don't ever invest time in learning how...
Anyway, a very nice place to stay...
