My daughter was in the hospital having surgery. I choose this location because I felt It was in a safe neighborhood yet close enough to the hospital. I was also given a hospital rate.

THE ROOM WAS EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN, CRISP LINENS, HAD THE BEST PILLOWS. LIGHTING IN THE BATHROOM COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER, AND PRICE NOT BAD FOR WHAT WE RECEIVED. i WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN.

I booked this as a rewards stay for my family as we were traveling through St. Louis.
1. The lobby area was nice.
2. We ate a late dinner and the one woman working the restaurant/ bar area could not have been nicer or more attentive even though there was a staff party going on (that she apparently was missing). The food was good and reasonably priced.
3. The room was clean.
1. The heating unit in our room did not work. I had to turn it down to 58 to get it a reasonable temperature. Turning it off made it too cold. Overall, it made for an uncomfortable night.
2. The air in the pool area was freezing. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was so that the kids could swim after a long day in the car. The cold air in the pool area (cold enough that steam was coming off the pool and hot tub) made it only possible for the kids to use the hot tub (and then quick run to towels as the steam wafted off of them).
3. Was not recognized as a Platinum elite member (a minor thing - but still...)
