The one downside is not having the cost of breakfast included in the price and even after buying the breakfast ticket I had to pay extra for orange juice. With everything and every one else being so nice I thought that was a bit of a downer. It's the only hotel we've stayed at where we had to pay extra for breakfast then an additional charge for juice. It dulls the shine of the whole experience a tad. May 13, 2015
