Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Quick Stay We stayed here on our way to our final destination. During our stay it appeared some of the hotel was under construction but that didn't hinder our stay at all. The only concerning thing is when I had a question to ask of the front desk I usually had to wait for someone to come out of the back room. Overall the room was very nice with hardwood floors and comfortable accommodations. The only disappointing thing was that we were hoping for a living area and a separate room with a door seeing as how we had a suite for purposes of putting the baby to sleep. November 24, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by comfortable bed but dirty room and bathroom Did not feel a sense of cleanliness in this hotel, pool area was very cold that we didn't enjoy it, towels left all over the area. The idea of the carpets gone in the rooms is a wonderful thing but the floors should be cleaned daily and by clean I mean washed. May seem like a lot of work for housekeeping but for the guest in the long run would be worth it because now I would not recommend this hotel or stay here again. November 19, 2014

I was particularly impressed with their attention to the fact that I was travelling with a friend who has Alzheimer's and would get lost easily in the hotel. It was so inviting to go to the lobby every morning to relax and have free hot complimentary coffee awaiting us. Our room was cleaned fast and efficiently, daily, by a lovely woman named Martha. Staff did nothing to make us glad we were there as far as attitude. Maybe just a little "flindliness lesson" I can't really put my finger on it but lobby was not appealing andd around the doors were trashy looking as we came in. Entire bathroom was in good shape - toilet roll was a little hard to reach (behind and to the left of the toilet on the vanity). Could be placed inside of vanity where extra towels are stored for easier access. But room was comfortable, clean and staff was very responsive and kind. November 1, 2014

The staff is professional and generally attentive to guest needs. During our stay there was a challenge with receiving sufficient towels in our room and the fire alarm experienced several malfunctions. Both situations were addressed relatively promptly. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Hotel, Friendly Staff I was with a group that was hosting a dog show at the hotel. From my point of view, all went well from check-in to check out. The staff was friendly and willing to lend a hand. Our room was a tight fit with all the dog equipment and people "stuff" we needed for the week's stay, but the staff was agreeable to removing some furniture (a bench and a computer table) which gave us a lot more space. The room had a refrigerator but not a microwave. Microwaves were available on request but there were not enough for all who wanted one. The ballroom was large and our club was happy with the show. The room price was fine. There was a snafu about the pet fee, with the desk people charging more than what the contract stated, but once some actual communication between the sales staff and the desk staff began, the problem was straightened out. The hotel is located near some nice shops and plenty of restaurant choices. A gas station/convenience store is next door. October 29, 2014

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but my initial impression of the hotel was that it is very outdated. I think they tried to compensate the needed update by trying to blend the very old with new things that look old. No cups in the room I stayed in, and overpriced. October 27, 2014
