Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by comfortable bed but dirty room and bathroom Did not feel a sense of cleanliness in this hotel, pool area was very cold that we didn't enjoy it, towels left all over the area. The idea of the carpets gone in the rooms is a wonderful thing but the floors should be cleaned daily and by clean I mean washed. May seem like a lot of work for housekeeping but for the guest in the long run would be worth it because now I would not recommend this hotel or stay here again. November 19, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendliness of the entire Staaff The entire staff went out of their way to be friendly and to speak each time we passed in the hall. I was particularly impressed with their attention to the fact that I was travelling with a friend who has Alzheimer's and would get lost easily in the hotel. They helped me keep track of him and assisted him if he seemed confused at any time. November 12, 2014
