Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendliness of the entire Staaff The entire staff went out of their way to be friendly and to speak each time we passed in the hall. I was particularly impressed with their attention to the fact that I was travelling with a friend who has Alzheimer's and would get lost easily in the hotel. They helped me keep track of him and assisted him if he seemed confused at any time. November 12, 2014

The hotel staff is very friendly however the security guard is more interested in flirting and bullying guests then performing his job and conforming to guests requests. November 11, 2014
