Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not Impressed I travel approximately 80 days a year for work and try to stay at Holiday Inn's when possible for the points. My problems started at check in. The guy at the front desk wrote down my room number wrong so it took 3 trips down and back to correct it. This wouldn't have been a huge problem, expect for the fact that only 1 elevator in the entire hotel worked, so I had to go way out of my way with bags in tow. Secondly, the bar and grill attached to the hotel had the worst food and service I have ever had. We had 5 people in our party and none of us got our food at the same time. 2 people were served and got done eating, then 2 other people were served and ate, and then I finally got my food. We all placed our orders at the same time. Lastly, the hotel rooms are nice and remodeled, but there is no sound proofing. Good luck sleeping past 5:30 or 6 am. As soon as another guest lets their door slam it is like a bomb going off. This happens time and time again as people leave their rooms. Overall this is the worst Holiday Inn I have stayed in for several years. I will never go stay here again. April 17, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by cozy, comfortable, friendly I called when we arrived at out destination city and easily made a reservation even though it was midnight drove to hotel and easily checked it. Bed was super comfortable and staff very friendly. Indoor pool and hot tub was great way to relax before checking out. Would definitely stay there again. April 16, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good place...Good price This hotel was nice and clean but they are under renovation so the lobby looks weird with different flooring and you have to go around to get to the front desk. The renovation they made are very nice and modern. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Great and fast service. They close the pool too early though. Otherwise, I would stay here again.
