Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Not Clean I found long hair and curly hair in the bathroom along the tub base. I rinsed the tub before I used the shower. I found more hair stuck to the desk chair seat area. I am a long time club member, was not offered water at check in nor was I rewarded my points for the stay as in other trips. I have my assistant schedule our complete trip itinerary via Expedia and have never have problems with other hotel stays in different cities. If you guys are not wiling to schedule flights and rental cars as well, then I will have to go back to reserving rooms at the other Hotel chain that I use where I don't have this issue. It is a shame that I got so much attitude from the desk clerk when I asked about my points when I showed her my number. Let me know what your plan is. March 3, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by very helpful & friendly Staff was very helpful and friendly. Each time we had a request, the staff responded quickly and took good care of us. Enjoy the new updates. Just keep in mind that with the new water saving fixtures you have to let the shower run for about 10 minutes for the water to warm up. Hotel and pool area are very clean and at the perfect temperature. March 1, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good location- priced right for level of service and rooms. This property has a lot of potential, and should be better than it is. Front desk were prompt and got the job done, not much more. There are a few details like better HVAC units and they could command more price. As it was I'm not going to complain as it's priced correctly = 20% less you get a good location with them not as sharp as a brand new hotel. February 13, 2015
