Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poor customer service at front desk and restaurant I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and it is where we stay when in town for work. This past time (last week) was absolutely by far the worst experience I have ever had. We had 3 rooms and upon checking in, one front desk staff member was very rude and the other was very cordial. We went to the restaurant/bar every morning for breakfast which was good in all aspects, however, we stopped at the bar 2 of the nights. The first night we ordered a round with no issues and upon ordering a second round, the server got one of our drinks wrong so we had it corrected. As we were closing our tab, the waiter asked who was paying for the drink he messed up. He said it would be too hard for him to have the bartender take it off the bill. The second night, we were served a round and the server never came back when our drinks were gone. Both nights it was by no means busy in the bar. The floor in one of the rooms had substantial cigarette burns on the carpet. I hope these issues get corrected or we will be finding a different place to stay in the future. November 22, 2015

The staff handle the situation quit well and overall it could not have been helped. the hotel was clean and up to date and the staff was helpful and very friendly. November 13, 2015

Our room had some issues, like the television, Jacuzzi, and lighting; however, the staff went over and beyond what I would have expected based on other places I have stayed at. I would recommend it to anyone staying in the St Paul area as it was easy to find, clean, no noise, and very comfortable for sleeping and relaxing. November 10, 2015

Clean, quiet, and comfortable, but with a different style of indoor pool than one might expect. What set this Holiday Inn apart from others was the friendliness and professionalism of their overnight staff. They were great to talk with at 3 am when I checked in and were happy to answer all of my questions about the area. November 7, 2015

Seven adults had to share two beds as only individual king rooms were available. It was take it or leave it since all other hotels were booked due to a conference in town. October 26, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not what I hoped Long wait to check in; response from front desk to where to grab dinner before a conference that wasn't fast food was "Wisconsin"; broken window in room; got stuck in elevator for 20 minutes - response when we called: "Which elevator?" (I don't know - the one that isn't moving? I'm inside - I can't tell which one it is; Positive: Pillows; cleanliness; kind gentleman who let us off the elevator (finally) We stay with these hotels often, but never again at this one.
