There was a bartender that couldn't handle her job & let it be known to customers. There were 6-8 of us. A local came in asking for popcorn. He was told she was way too busy to make any. Everyone else was great & very nice. The food was delish. The guy who checked us in was great March 23, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inns For several years I was Platinum Elite with IHG and my recent stay in ST Paul MN confirmed why I left Holiday Inns 5 years ago. While the staff was courteous and efficient there was not the same level of professionalism I’m now use to. The Property itself is older and, while currently starting renovations, it was obvious it had been too long since its last renovation. This stay simply confirmed my expectations of never know what you’ll get when staying at HI vs always finding a higher level of product at another Brand. March 16, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by don't plan to microwave I was staying on business, would not recommend if you are staying for business. Shuttle driver's did not assist with bags, open doors, or even put out the steps to assist with get in/out of shuttle van. The hotel did not even get my check in correct, according to the hotel I was there one less day. Did not have housekeeping come to my room each day, I had to ask the front desk for housekeeping services. No microwave's in the room...although there was one at the front desk for all of the hotel to share...yuck! March 16, 2015
