They were very professional, and did a great job checking me in and going over the services that this property offered. Food was very good, and the service in the restaurant was excellent. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Great Location - Tired HI This is a great location and I am frequently up in St. Paul on business in this area - in fact - in meetings in this very hotel. The rooms are so out of date and screaming for upgrade. The beds are old, old, old, and just plain uncomfortable. I have stayed in this exact hotel a half dozen times in the past five months - different rooms - and all the beds in every room are in need of an upgrade. The pillows all have an odd - "sweat" "body odor" smell. The rooms are clean but the bathrooms could use a bit more attention by the cleaning staff. The fridge units in some rooms are so noisy - I usually just unplug them. The televisions are okay and so is the internet access. June 29, 2015
