Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 Terrible customer service and dirty rooms. The service at this hotel is terrible and the rooms were very dirty. I brought my concerns to many rude associates as well as the manager. My bill was still not correct when checking out. Will never stay again. October 5, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel Stay but Poor Restaurant Service I was very pleased with the room, desk staff, pool area, etc. However, our experience at the restaurant in the morning was awful. After waiting 20 minutes to be seated there was no food at the buffet so we waited another 5 minutes. The server did not take our drink order and they eventually arrived as we were finishing eating. Other than that experience, I would stay at this hotel again. I just wouldn't eat at the restaurant. October 1, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Shuttle service was very disappointing One of the reasons we selected this hotel, other then it was fairly priced compared to hotels closer to the Excel Energy Center, was the convenient shuttle service. However, the shuttle service was very disappointing and I would look elsewhere next time, and pay more if needed. The shuttle service to the Excel was great, but we had to wait over an hour and a half to finally get back to the hotel after the concert. While a few of us sat outside the Excel waiting in the dark in a shady part of St. Paul, we found out later that the previous shuttle was going to be late because they went through a drive-in fast food place. Some of the people waiting finally gave up and took a cab, as they were getting scared of just sitting there alone in downtown St. Paul. Again, it took over an hour and a half to finally get picked up by the shuttle. I will never stay at this hotel again, if the shuttle service is part of my plans. September 24, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by First Impressions are Lasting Impressions Although most of my needs were met during my stay, the Not so Good Service I received put a damper on the rating of my stay. Having an extensive Background in Customer Service (once working as a Guest Services Rep) I know what Delivering Exceptional Customer Service entails. When working with people be it on the phone or face to face you should strive for Customer Satisfaction each and every time; regardless to what's going on. September 23, 2015
