Booked a smoke free room via internet but was given a smoked up smelly room upon arrival. Did not know it until I humped my bags to the room. Returned to the front desk with complaint and was given another room. Humped bags to that room and found it not made up or serviced. Humped back to front desk and was given a third room (not what you want to be doing after a full day of travel). Upgrade to king suite was nice-but was locked out of it by malfunctioning key on second day. Another trip back to front desk. Staff was always apologetic but I didn't need the hassles.

I stayed for an extended period of time from May til end of June recovering from a major surgery. Arrangements for this stay was made in April and they were very accomodating.
All got worse in end. With only 2 days notices I was abruptly told to leave. I spent a lot of money and was in no condition to move due to my condition but none of this mattered to them.
I had all good to say til this happened. All of this could have been prevented not to mention a simple kind gesture and good customer service to rectify situation. Instead I arrived back to all my stuff in storage and no place to go. I was told to go to an extended stay which was not hanicapped accesible for me.
A better solution could have been to use their shuttle to bring me to acceptable hotel and then picked up next day and welcomed back.
From day one calls and emails were left with manager to notify of my needs and situation but I never got a response.
I was left on street at 8pm at night with inability to walk and no where to go. BAD MANAGEMENT AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Spread the word and next time you stay consider Eagan Holiday inn which has a restaurant and way better customer service.
Sad it ended this way when it did not have too. I stayed in room most of time and had no issues. I was treated bad.

This hotel though basic is clean and comfortable and has a nice sized swimming pool and jacuzzi both of which may be filled to capacity when junior high sports teams take over those facilities. You may have to ask to have your room cleaned every day if that is important to you. Note that if you stay on the 7-8th ( Executive level) floors the hotel will tell you that you qualify for a complimentary breakfast… when I asked about.for this the staff seemed confused and could ohly offer free coffee.
