I was very pleased with the room, desk staff, pool area, etc. However, our experience at the restaurant in the morning was awful. After waiting 20 minutes to be seated there was no food at the buffet so we waited another 5 minutes. The server did not take our drink order and they eventually arrived as we were finishing eating. Other than that experience, I would stay at this hotel again. I just wouldn't eat at the restaurant.

air conditioner tore apart in our room we had to be moved to another room after front desk person contacted housekeeping to see if our room was ready

Loved the outside of the hotel once in loved the way it was decorated and the rooms were very comfortable.
