Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Staff overcomes the inadequacies The room was very drab and require upgrades. The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly a definite plus. As well as the staff at the restaurant. If I were to go back it would only because of the friendly staff. I will be returning in 2 months. I have time to shop around. August 16, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and spacious room The room was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and seemed to have been updated. The hotel itself was quiet even with all the weddings that were going on during our stay. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly . Whenever we needed anything they were quick to deliver to our requests. August 14, 2014

Looking forward to the new Holiday Inn Express to open in St John's that's where I will go. If you don't collect IHG reward points then stay somewhere else. August 12, 2014
