This is a beautiful newly renovated Holiday Inn (not an express or and suites) hotel tucked away in an industrial park about 10 minutes from Mid Rivers Mall and about 5 minutes from both the Hollywood and Ameristar casinos, Bass Pro and a small shopping strip mall. Hotel is next to a convenience store in area with other hotels. Quiet area. The decor is modern. 8th floor is executive floor with spacious rooms, private lounge with TV and computer hookups. Comfortable beds. Nicely appointed baths. Ample parking. No courtyard or social outdoor recreation space. No free breakfast but restaurant/pub on site serving all meals and carry out available. Small "lounge" or sofa TV area by check in desk with free coffee and tea bar. Friendly and welcoming staff. Small elevators to handle luggage carts. Priority club upgrades to executive floor possible on weekends.

I was excited to arrive at this hotel because I was aware of the $10 million renovation that was just recently completed. Let me tell everyone that this hotel is well worth your money. The hotel was in immaculate condition when we walked in. The entire staff that we encountered was very friendly. I was not recognized as a Priority Club Rewards member, but it's possible they reopened the hotel with a new and inexperienced staff that has yet to learn the ropes. No big deal, what matters to me most is everyone was extremely friendly. When we walked into the hotel, the hotel smelled brand spanking new. The new decor is very hip and modern. The room smelled very fresh and new. The bed was extremely comfortable. I was very impressed with this hotel and we will return. Great work!!

Newly renovated Holiday Inn looks 90%. Still needs finishing touches in some areas and slightly expensive considering it just reopened and has a lot of competition.

The room was very nicely updated and clean – great bed. However, the service I received was horrible. I checked in around 8 PM on 3/6/2013. In the room, I could not get the wireless internet to connect. I called the front desk. First, I was told to completely turn to computer off and turn back on – it did not work. During the second call I was transferred to the technical service, who told me they did not talk to the guest directly, they only deal with the Holiday Inn staff. The third time I called and asked for the manager, the front desk hung up the phone. I tried t call the front desk twice, the front desk hung up the phone both times. I ended up completing my work at the business center by the lobby. It is a shame this happened because it was a very nice hotel.

This hotel is newly renovated, but you would never be able to tell it. It appeared to be brand new. The fitness room has brand new equipment. The restaurant was good. The pool was good too.
