My plane landed around Midnight. I was told you have no service avialable to pick up customers until 5am and to catch a cab, which you would gratiously reimburse $10.00 - the cab was $15.00 - so I paid $5.00 for the pleasure of using your fine establishment. When I checked in, I was told the van would be able to take me to the Thrifty Car rental counter. When I asked the driver the next morning, he informed he he didn't have the time to take me to thrifty and instead took me to the Termial where I had to get the Thrifty shuttle.
I don't appreciate being lied to.

Easy to get to, close to the airport, clean modern rooms. Friendly and helpful self and took great care of the group I was with having a seminar in the hotel. Food at the restaurant is ok and could use an upgrade but overall a good experience.

Service staff at restaurant was not sanitary. The server kept putting finger in my food when delivering each item. (Three times) Drinks were not replenished either.

They went out of their way to make my stay not only comfortable, enjoyable but also assisting me in making sure I completed my class work by providing some good information. I had a good time and they did too.

The staff was friendly, room was good.
Had dinner at the hotel, the restaurant is in the basement. The food was good
Great location, car rental lots are very close.

Although I had a delicious steak in the restaurant that evening, the next morning there was no hot water on our floor to take a shower. Very disapointing. Will not stay here again. Decor seemed dated. Staff less than sympathetic when hot water problem reported. No one asked how my stay was when I check out.

I stayed at this location because of an earlier morning flight out of STL. Overall, the staff and everything was fine. My only complaint is the lack of fans in the bathroom. A shower turns the small bathroom space into a thick fog. If privacy is required there is no option other than to open the door and let it vent. This is fine if traveling by yourself. But if you're using the bathroom there's no options to drowned out sounds or smells.

We needed a place to stay one night at the beginning and one night at the end of a week long vacation. We were able to leave our car at this Holiday in for 7 days, free of charge. We did not need to stay the 2nd night to do so, but it was so nice to have a place to crash as soon as we got back and friendly/promt shuttle service!

This place was excellent for an overnight stay. The shuttle picked me up from the airport, and then took me back the next morning. The drivers were friendly and efficient. The staff, and restaurant staff was excellent.

The room and hotel in general were not what I expected. I've come to realize that when you book a Holiday Inn hotel (not Holiday Inn Express), you take your chances on the quality. Even though the pictures posted online may portray it differently. Rooms were very old and carpet needed shampooing badly. I will never book another Holiday Inn again. I am ok with HI Express. I've always been satisfied with the quality there.

the staff at the front desk treated me like family. the room was immaculate, the food good and drinks well priced. the van service was right on time at 4:40 in the Morning! a newspaper was at my door! nice place, well run.
