Never was told it was a false till morning! Pool area was not clean. All three days hot tub.was not working. Will not return! August 27, 2014

I was not going to room but wanted key so wouldn't have to check in after wedding. They couldn't figure out which room was going to be mine. August 27, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Air conditioning was too high. When we entered the room, the air conditioning was set to 60 degrees. While I understand some people enjoy that temperature, it was VERY cold in the room. I would advise in setting the room temperature to a more median temperature of 70 degrees, and then if wanted, individual guest can turn it down or up, but even with turning the air conditioning off, it was still cold when we were going to sleep (we checking in at 8:30, and went to sleep around 1am). We actually went to the Marshals next door to purchase sweatshirts we were so cold. August 18, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by ok stay Room was nice and clean. Was not given access to internet. TV kept turning off. Channel selection was poor. Hotel might consider a shower cap available also. Breakfast was late. I overheard the Hostess tell another guest when she inquired about the time breakfast started, "It begins at 630." The guest replied,"It IS 630." Breakfast was not on time. Breakfast did not include OJ or Milk only coffee. August 15, 2014
