Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Average at best Stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and based on this stay for business.. As a platinum member I asked if I received an upgrade and the answer was no and that they would not move me anytime during my stay. Instead I got a handicapped room on the main floor right near the lobby. The internet went down, the housekeeping was spotty (rings on my desk for days) and my toiletries were never replaced so I was constantly having to go to desk everyday. They couldn't even keep coffee in the main lobby available. Worst was the 200+ students running up and down the hallways or thinking that the room corridors was their hang out space. I do not blame the students - they are kids. I blame the hotel for not caring enough about the rest of their guests to have someone monitor the halls to keep it quiet. And then on check-out they charged the wrong credit card. From check-in to check-ot the mistakes kept happening. The front desk's standard answer to everything was sorry or I can't do anything. This hotel is fine if you expect very little and just want a room to stay in for a night or two but is certainly is not a place I will stay for more than that. There are many other IHG hotels in the area and I will stay elsewhere my next time to St. Louis. October 28, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Helpfull staff We stayed here twice in one week. Oct 18 and Oct 22. Going and coming on a trip to Oklahoma. It was an okay stay on the 18th. On the 22nd it jumped to a 5 Star rating thanks to the Front Desk Staff person Tom. He went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. A plus on the 18th, was the midnight security guard i spoke with. He was friendly, attentive, and seemed to take his responsibilities seriously. He made me feel safe and secure at the hotel. Unfortunately i didn't get his name but it was 5 or 6 on the morning of the 19th when I stepped outside to check on the weather. The right staff can make or break a hotel. I think Holiday Inn is fortunate to have Tom working for them. October 26, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by no ice The hotel was clean and everyone was nice. The alarm clock in my room did not work, so I asked for a wake up call which did NOT happen. Luckily a trash truck woke me only 30 minutes after I needed to get up. October 25, 2014
