Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by service The 2 gentlemen who checked us in were excellent as far as friendliness and informative about hotel shuttle and surrounding restaurants. The shuttle driver was very accommodating to our needs. Also very friendly. Unfortunately, our room was small and located right next to the elevator. Very noisy. Overall, we would stay again because of the staff. October 26, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Stay at Holiday Inn - Downtown - St. Paul I will not stay at this property again. I am an IHG Gold Club member and have considerable Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express experience. This St. Paul hotel does not compare well. I was disappointed. Couldn't watch a championship baseball game because this hotel did not have a commonly-watched TV station. Everything at this property seemed cheap. Service was barely adequate. Front desk personnel did not care. Parking was atrocious. IHG employees received priority parking, while guests were forced to park a considerable distance from the hotel entrance. Bad Experience. This hotel should not be allowed to wear the Holiday Inn logo. October 18, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Our room Everything was superb except we thought we were getting a handicapped accessible room (my husband is disabled by a stroke) and our room was not very accessible. Upon checking out, I found out we had gotten the wrong room. It was a little difficult for us but we managed. I would come back but would make sure we did, indeed, get the right room.
