Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by clean room Made reservation in March for my sons graduation. After arriving in statesboro in May called to find out what time check in was. Reservation was cancelled by HI. But 2 days before got a conformation email saying we look forward to your arrival. With no concern of my situation and no apology. The hostess just didn't care. No one could tell me why this happened. All rooms where booked. Mysteriously a room came available. And the cost of the room rate was outrageous. Still Not Happy. May 17, 2013

This hotel is the nicest in town and fills up quickly, The only drawback here is it is very hard to get the comp upgrade. April 28, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel ! We were in Statesboro for my nieces wedding. The hotel was exceptional for the rate we were charged. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We ate at the restaurant the next morning before checking out and both the food and service were good. I highly recommend the hotel as we will definitely stay there again ! March 18, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not Good Customer Care and Service I was never told during making my reservation or at time of check in that rate for room would change everyday of my week long stay at this location!!! The breakfast buffet was very limited and the service was not very good!!! The staff was to busy having conversation between each other rather then paying attention to their customers!!! The Hotel did not seem to care what my smoking preference were! February 21, 2013
