Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly ladies at front desk when checking in! Disappointed with restaurant - service and food only okey! Two Pinot Grigio on menu ,but out of both. Cobb salad came without blue cheese -- had to ask for it. Serving staff did not appear knowledgable on food items! A good hotel,but lacking warmth and atmosphere. Sheets on bed well used and super thin-- not the quality one would want! I am a member of your hotel chain and wanted to share my thoughts with you. December 21, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Long time guest I love this place because of the staffs there. They are very friendly and very helpful; from the front desk to the housekeeper, to the maintenance person. Sean, the manager is great also! Always welcome you with a smile and offer to help. Mike is the best! He always makes sure that I have everything I need, and that I have the same room every time for my comfort. The location is great also. It's just off the highway but sort of tuck away from all the traffic and commercial areas. You can see beautiful sunrise, sunset and the nice view of the Golf course from your room. There are several restaurants not far away from the Hotel. The reason I give 4 stars for Staff and Service is just because I think the housekeeper can pay a little more attention to the room. I stay in this place 3 nights a week in the same room for awhile, but sometimes, I don't have but couple of towel, no cup, no shampoo, and also there're stopped up sink or bath tub, etc. It's not a big deal but still, it would be great if I don't have to bother front desk or the maintenance people at night. Overall, I am happy with this place and the staffs here. December 17, 2014
