Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fantastic Hotel that offers Great Value! I received fantastic service while at the Holiday Inn - Steamboat Springs. The front desk staff was, with a doubt, tremendous in their efforts to make my stay a top-notch experience. Not only was check-in a breeze and extremely quick and courteous, but subsequent service was also wonderful. I needed to use their lobby computers for (brief) business purposes. The assistant manager permitted me to email a document to him, print it out, sign it, scan it back in, and email it back to me for quick delivery. His assistance was crucial and greatly appreciated. I cannot thank him enough for his assistance. It wasn't just the assistance manager that impressed me, but every other employee manning their front desk, too. The room was very clean and well appointed. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were clean, too, and had large towels for guests to use. The restaurant and bar had a friendly staff - it was lively, but not rowdy and did not bleed noise into the rest of the hotel. Parking was easy to use and outdoor walkways were heated to keep snow/ice melted away and safe. I would stay again, in a heart beat, as this hotel offers great value for Steamboat Springs. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service Front staffs were very nice and helpful. Hot tub is great. They upgraded us from two bed room to one queen suite. However, the other sofa bed was not really confortable. The breakfast system was a bit confusing. I thought it was $20 for the breakfast, but it turned out that we can use the coupon for $20 worth in the restaurant. There was no discount. January 29, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by The bar at Rex's We love staying there & love the food at Rex's, but the bar closes at 11 pm on Saturday night. We coach hockey & we don't get done till late. It would be nice to have a drink at the bar but is closes SO early. We didn't even get to use our drink coupons. You need to have the bar stay open LATER than 11PM!! December 18, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Stay for a Tournament We were in Steamboat for a hockey tournament. We stayed in a King suite. It was very clean and comfortable. All the staff was helpful and sweet. We will be returning this weekend for more hockey and we look forward to it! December 18, 2013
