Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful! We met family for a reunion. The property and staff were perfect for our needs. The hospitality suite was perfect for our gathering. The staff was very helpful. We needed more chairs and they were provided promptly. Thanks for a great time! May 10, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Banquet food The banquet food was very poor. Friday night we had a buffet. The sliced up chicken in so tough you couldn't cut it. The pork was better. Saturday night I had the steak that was dry and the mashed potato served with it was very dry. No gravey or au juice. Just little cooked carrots with the meat and potato. May 9, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very clean, very comfortable Overall I really enjoyed my stay here. It was a very convenient place to rest while attending a conference in the attached convention center. Desk staff were polite but not very friendly; it's good enough for basic transactions (check in/out), but don't expect them to roll out the red carpet to welcome you. The ground floor layout doesn't flow well; it's a bit of a hike to get to the restaurant. I only had a drink at the bar, so I can't comment on the food, but the atmosphere was very nice. I took one star off for "able to relax" because the hotel plays piped music on the guest floors during daytime hours. It's not too loud, and I appreciate the ambiance they're trying to create, but once I was in the room, it prevented me from a mid-day nap/recharge. April 25, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful space The room was very spacious, bed was super comfortable, staff was super friendly, pool area was clean and nice. I was here by myself for a conference, but would come back and bring my family. The entire hotel was beautiful, clean, kept up. I was able to relax and actually slept very well. Room was quiet and comfortable. Would prefer if room had a thermostat to control the temp of the room yourself. April 19, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not Large Group Friendly We moved our organization to this hotel last year. We have four meetings per year, with one of them having several people attending. Sometime in past years it has been well over one hundred people. At our April meeting we set the agenda for the May meeting, which is our Annual meeting. We then go back to our districts and share the agenda with our constituents. Following that these people then book a room if they want to attend our annual meeting. However this hotel would only hold our block of rooms for a May 16-18 meeting until April 16th. They would not agree to extend that hold period. I will be asking our President to move our four meetings to a hotel that appreciates our business. April 18, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great room Room was very comfortable and clean. Appreciated availability of wifi. Conference room was very nice and not too cold. The restaurant had a great selection with a variety of prices and a nice happy hour. April 17, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Conference Experience Another great conference experience, everything from quiet clean rooms with comfortable beds to a great conference set up. Everything from the conference set up, meals and staff was excellent. As busy as the convention center was, the staff was still continually checking on us, asking if we needed anything and taking care of any of our needs immediately. They even made suggestions for changes for our next conference. The bar and restaurant are clean, comfortable and a fun place to meet with friends and co workers. Everything from the drinks, appetizers to the meals were great. I did have one small issue which was resolved by the manager. Clearly customer service is the number one priority here! Thanks again for a wonderful conference, we will be back again! April 13, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Water Park, bathrooms and more First thing is that the hot water in the shower. A big hotel like yours, which seems to be a lot nicer then others, and many of our parents from our basketball team said the hot water for showers was scarce on non existing. Second thing is your hotel advertised a water park. One slide is not considered a water park. When you have 4 or more basketball teams staying along with other travelers and they have one slide and a small pool to play in does not count as a water park. Maybe it should say pool area with a slide and hot tub. Lastly our team was dissappointed that we could not have our team/parent meeting/dinner on Friday night without paying for a room and food or pay to bring in our food. Other hotels we have stayed at during the state tournaments charged less and seemed to offer the same if not more then your hotel. So we were forced to find a location that would accomidate 50+ people which was not near our hotel. April 12, 2013
