Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by not the best visit I've had at an IHG property In the future my family and I will choose another brand when in Stillwater. I'm a very regular IHG customer and know what to expect in one of these properties. This one was in no way typical where customer service was concerned. The manager tried to bribe me with the addition of 10,000 points to my account, if I gave them all 10's on the survey. I found this to be very unprofessional. Sure, the site is clean and the needed amenities were there. However, that doesn't make a stay. All reservations have to be made through IHG for this facility, because the front desk transfers you as soon as you ask to reserve a room. Furthermore, you may want to ask what time of day the shower water is hot. We tried them early and late, with out luck. This was my second unsatisfactory visit to this facility. I'm done. We decided that since this is a college town with few choices for hotels, this one doesn't have to worry too much about reviews. February 26, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Internet service My stay was great. Only thing wrong was I could never log onto the Internet and if I happened to get logged in the service was slow. I Was never able to use my computer and connect. It was faster to use my phone data than have wifi on. I was there for work. I wasn't able to do much work in the room will I was there. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointing Experience My family traveled to Stillwater to attend Senior Day at OSU, and we were so excited. I made a reservation in advance for a room with two queen beds. The Holiday Inn overbooked those rooms, and put my family in a handicap-accessible room with one king bed and a pull-out sofa. The TV remote was missing, and we were told that problem could not be addressed until the following day. There was no hot water for morning showers. My family frantically and quickly jumped in and out of the cold showers. The water flooded the bathroom floor during each shower, as there was no barrier to prevent water from flowing out of the wheel-chair accessible shower. The (cold) water flooded into the carpeted area of the room. I believe the attendant who booked my reservation advised the price included a complimentary breakfast, but there was none. This was one of the pricier hotels in town, and I expected better. January 25, 2015

The staff was very helpful to our needs, given that my husband is disabled and they went out of their way to accomodate any need I mentioned. I felt genuinely cared about, which meant alot on this trip to a new place. January 21, 2015
