Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Is Housekeeping Optional? We did not received housekeeping services during our two day stay. We are gold elite members and our assigned room was on the 2nd floor next to the elevators and the guest laundry. Very disappointing!! In a prior visit to this same hotel, housekeeping took all of our towels and did not replace them. That is really upsetting when you return very late to your room to shower and go to bed and there are no towels. November 20, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not worth the high price When we arrived our King room offered only 1 bar of soap in the bathroom. There was one small waste basket in the bathroom and the hook on the back of the door was broken off. Also the linens on the bed did not look clean, one pillow case was soiled. The inside of the shower curtain was dirty. The items mentioned were reported to the desk and they did repair the hook, change the linens and gave us a second bar of soap. The second day upon returning to our room to prepare to attend a dinner we discovered we had only one washcloth! Still only one wastebasket! It was disappointing to learn that there was not a complimentary breakfast, so we were glad there was a coffee maker in the room as well as a refrigerator. The heater/air conditioner was controlled by a thermostat in the sitting room, so the sleeping area was either too hot or too cold. Also it was very noisy. The one bright spot was Jason at the registration desk. He was personably and eager to help, very friendly. He should train his co-workers how to be a hospitable person. November 19, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Problem stated; no resolution It really bothered me that there were corn flakes on the floor near the bed we were not using. I called the desk and after nothing was done that evening, I reported it to the front desk again. Nothing was ever done again and we were gone all day long. The only person who fixed the problem was the maid service because I left a not explaining the problem to her. She vacuumed it for us. Also--I asked if I could get my jeans laundered. I was told by the Supervisor of laundry [in person] that no laundry service was offered! I told her that there was a laundry bag in the room!! I had left my pants in the bag sitting on the desk chair. When we got back, the bag was gone! I was supposed to take the pants to my uncle's house for him to wash them. I looked in the closet and there they were--the PANTS HAD BEEN WASHE AND IRONED! WHILE I APPRECIATED SOMEONE CLEANING MY PANTS, THERE SEEMS TO BE A LOT OF BAD COMMUNICATION AT YOUR HOTEL. Hotel is warm and inviting and spotless...Food is good and dining area is very nice. Overall a very pleasant experience. We stay at this hotel each time we are in Stillwater. November 10, 2014
