We had driven 13 hours that day so not staying wasn't an option unless we were to sleep in our vehicle.The staff was very polite but not able to do anything about the issues, stated they would consult with a manager. I wouldn't return to this particular Holiday Inn. November 25, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Place to Stay I really enjoyed my stay at this location. I was a comfortable, clean room and hotel. I was convenient to OSU. My only complaint now is that, in trying to book a room for next October, I have been unable to do so. All of the Friday and Saturday dates for the entire months of September and October are unavailable. I'm assuming this is so they can promote their "Game Day" package for those who might attend the football season and to heck with the rest of us. Too bad. This doesn't seem too fair to those of us that are trying to make a reservation and are traveling a long distance. November 12, 2015

Everything about our stay was wonderful from the extra clean room/bathroom and comfy bed to the nice space of the living room that adjoined our room and the extra coffee that hospitality left for us upon our request. The only things I would change would be new towels after Day 2 of a longer stay and maybe some thinner/smaller pillow options. Other than that we were very pleased! November 11, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bad management here It's obvious from the un cleaned room I was allowed to check into or the broken air conditioner in the room after that, or the panels in the elevator that are loose and look like they could fall down, the manager just does not seem to care. When I inquired about a mistake on my bill three different times after my departure he or she was just too busy to address me directly and they blew me off all three times. 90 days out and I still have issues with my bill, this property used to be in far better shape with staff who were properly motivated. I feel sorry for those who want to do a good job there but can't as those who don't appear to be doing just fine as well. Sour grapes I know, but I have stayed here half a dozen times, and this last visit was by far the worst. As soon as the structure in the parking lot is finished so is this location. October 31, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Anywhere Else Just bad, as another put it, same thing, allot of issue, inaccurate bill I was overcharged still fighting this months later, dirty, maintenance is lacking all over, management obviously does not care about the condition of the property. Find anywhere else, avoid this property. October 30, 2015
