Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Problem stated; no resolution It really bothered me that there were corn flakes on the floor near the bed we were not using. I called the desk and after nothing was done that evening, I reported it to the front desk again. Nothing was ever done again and we were gone all day long. The only person who fixed the problem was the maid service because I left a not explaining the problem to her. She vacuumed it for us. Also--I asked if I could get my jeans laundered. I was told by the Supervisor of laundry [in person] that no laundry service was offered! I told her that there was a laundry bag in the room!! I had left my pants in the bag sitting on the desk chair. When we got back, the bag was gone! I was supposed to take the pants to my uncle's house for him to wash them. I looked in the closet and there they were--the PANTS HAD BEEN WASHE AND IRONED! WHILE I APPRECIATED SOMEONE CLEANING MY PANTS, THERE SEEMS TO BE A LOT OF BAD COMMUNICATION AT YOUR HOTEL. But this time there was no internet that worked and I was told to just keep trying. It seemed that it happens all the time. Want be returning here on my next visit to the area. November 3, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Looks good on the outside, bad on the inside The hotel looks new on the outside, but the rooms were disgusting. Our room was not clean, there was food in the sheets and the bathroom was nasty. After bringing this to the attention of the hotel staff, we had to change our own sheets and clean the room because there was no house keeping on site at the time. There were no rooms to move to and other hotels were booked. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. October 23, 2014
