I have stayed at this hotel several times, and have always had a reasonably good stay, my last time was no different. The Hotel is convenient to OSU campus. The beds are comfortable. The grounds are generally always covered in the red Oklahoma dust. The staff is always helpful.

Very helpful and friendly staff. I told the front desk at check in that I was not feeling well and was very tired and needed a nice quite room preferably a floor with any children. And I got just that I was able to get a sound sleep.

Room did not not have black out curtins, the beds felt like they were 20 years old or just had way to much use on them.
The service was good, very attentive and friendly.

Room was not clean. Carpet dirty, lots of dirt along walls, stains on carpet and drapes, desk was dirty- didn't appear to have been wiped down.

Last minute decision to stay in Stillwater and I am a Gold member at IHG so of course we headed to the Holiday Inn. Jason was working the front desk and was all smiles and extremely pleasant and accommodating. I am a former GM of a business in OKC and always strived for EXCELLENCE in customer service with my employees. Jason has my stamp of approval!!! In addition the café hostess and staff were very friendly when we enjoyed a nice breakfast. Room was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Slept like a rock.
EXCELLENT job by all!!!
Jason deserves a raise or for sure some recognition for his level of professionalism and strong ability to interact with his customers.
Would stay again in a heartbeat.
Thanks for making us feel at home Jason.

The front desk staff was awesome too bad they weren't in charge of the food and cleaning.
Upon entering the room I noticed smudge marks on all of the doors as if the cleaners were using dirty towels to wipe them down. Then comes the inside- The maintenance guys did not match the paint creating what looks like dirty smudge marks all over the walls where they touched them up, the toilet was broke most of the time not flushing, there was mold on the inside of the shower curtain and we did not get house keeping service while we were there?
The Dining room closed early, had no breakfast one day due to a computer glitch??? Well if a computer is cooking the food than no thanks anyway. The entire staff and friends as it appeared were just sitting in the dining room shooting the breeze?? I think you would be served best if you at least tried to fix the problem? Just do not get it. You are in the business of Hospitality and the only Hospitable people were at the front desk.
I blame corporate not the staff as I have learned they are on their 11th or 12th manager at that facility. It can only mean one thing that the management company running the show has such a strangle hold on the manager and employees that they cannot hire or work to there full potential. Motels across the street would give equal if not better service. We chose to go down the street where we were treated like what seemed to be "Royalty" after our experience at the Holiday Inn.
DEFINITELY a no go from me.

Staff is very friendly and I was very pleased with the rooms. Wireless service could be improved upon but overall I really enjoyed my stay.
