Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by location location wanted a hotel for our ruby anniversary so selected this one,for walks and location of hotel,had huge bed being 6ft 7" tall it suited our needs ,enjoyed the pool and tv and rest lounge swhich look out at the canal and wild life,will be booking this hotel sooner than later February 5, 2016

Reception areas are lovely as is the food but unfortunately the rooms are looking very tired and are in need of an update. The hotel is really nice, the staff are very friendly and professional, the food, including room service was very good. The hotel is ideally situated when visiting Stratford on foot and has plenty of parking. The price was very competitive February 1, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Sleep and Service Stayed for one night in Janaury and had a very relaxing evening prior to meetings the next day. Had some food in the bar which was tasty and a coupl eof drinks from an extensive choice. the rrom was clean and comfortable but was in need of upgrading. The bathroom in particular needed some work. The public areas of the hotel are lovely and the staff are always friendly and attentive February 1, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean, comfortable hotel in prime location The hotel is in a prime location in easy walking distance of the theatre and town. Rooms are spacious quiet and clean. Breakfast is buffet style with good choice available. Staff in restaurant are excellent, really on the ball ! Reception staff are efficient and helpful. Price of room is a little high but understandable for Saturday night in Stratford upon Avon. Have tried other hotels for theatre visits but this one is tops. January 29, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel but could improve beds/pillows I've been staying at this hotel for last 6 months and have always been pleased with the accommodation, services and catering. The only thing I'm not satisfied with is the quality of beds and pillows. Mattress is usually quite firm, and even though they supply the choice of 4 pillows, I never can pick the one that's right for me. Recently, I tried their natural pillow which was better than those provided, but it still wasn't fully comfortable. I'd suggest supplying thinner pillows and think about memory foam. January 29, 2016
