Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Front desk staff above and beyond When I checked in and the staff saw how many points I have, they looked for an upgrade for me without me having to ask. I appreciated that. They treated me like a king. I travel every day of the week except weekends. I usually select some Holiday Inn brand. I was glad to have selected this particular hotel. When you're treated like I was when I arrived, you remember it. I will stay at this hotel again whenever I am in the area on a job again, which will happen. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Decent Hotel close to everything We really did enjoy our stay at the Cleveland-Strongsville Holiday Inn...the only reason for not giving five stars is the pull-out bed not working...we did cal the staff to fix, and yes, they did not show up to fix and the children had to sleep on the only reason for not perusing the issue was because it was a holiday, and the hotel was quite booked, and we did not realize that the bed did not work until late....we couldn't stay up and wait to keep calling for maintenance staff...other then that little hiccup...all else was good. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice people - room needs work The people inside the hotel were fantastic. During my visit, there was a large snowstorm. When I left the next morning, the parking lot still had a lot of snow on it. I could not tell if it had been plowed around the parked cars, or if the cars themselves had created the paths. I had little to no hot water each night I tried to take a shower. November 24, 2014
