The drape in the room did NOT fit the window! Morning sun could come in on the side that was not covered. That should be corrected ASAP! Pillows need to be replaced, also. And as I previously said a refrigerator would be greatly appreciated by people traveling long distances with beverages that need refrigeration. Other than these small things (not the window dressing) the room was comfortable.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was accommodating to all our needs. My children enjoyed the pool and the pool hours were great!

THE ONLY REASON THIS IS GETTING 3 STARS IS SO MORE PEOPLE READ IT. We booked as a group block for a wedding. The guy reserving the room placed us in one room for one night then wanted us to check out and check into another room the following day. Being told it was a set rate of $92, but when we arrived low and behold it was $150. When we initially got to the hotel. We noticed construction that was not mentioned to us during the reservations. Apparently it's taken 5 months for them to complete less than a 1/4 of the building according to other reviews i just read. The carpet is torn and tattered leading to the elevator using red duck tape to cover it up. The manager "Ryan" comes off so fake and unwelcoming, it almost makes me sick. The restaurant they conveniently have charges 21% gratuity plus a $2.99 delivery fee. Thats $5 extra for a $8 meal. The elevator smells and sounds like it is going to breakdown. After our first night here we left to explore the city. When we got back no housekeeping had touched the room. Old sheets, trash still full, no toilet paper on the roll and didn't have clean towels. When we called down. Good Ol Ryan hadn't asked housekeeping to do anything. We spoke with actual housekeeping and she was never told to do anything.

I showed up to this location expecting good things. Upon entry my hotel room and bathroom were covered in glitter and there were long black hairs in the shower/ bathtub. The bathtub/ shower also had huge holes in the wall, and there were blood stains on the lamp shades and linens. It was like I was in a horror movie. Room 207 is disgusting. Do not ever stay here. I have contacted corporate and they have done nothing to help at this point. No reimbursement or points added to my account. This is sad because I stay at many Holiday Inn Expresses for business trips. I was very let down.
