Poor room lighting, room not serviced adequately or completely, poor business center support, restaurant ran out of food! No fruit for breakfast. No acknowledgement of IHG or special service or accommodations.

Great stay , comfortable bed and room setup. Will stay again after they finish their remodeling.

I have stayed at this property several times. This time was the worst but it was still manageable. The young lady at check in was very rude. I was not offered bonus points or goody bag, welcomed correctly or given my breakfast coupon.

I moved in recently to Strongsville and stayed with my family for a night. I booked for 2 adults and 2 kids but room allotted was very small and it was overpriced.
On top of this breakfast was not included in my stay and had to spend $50 more on top of room charges.
I did receive value for money for my stay here.

A front desk clerk did something I think was a wonderful act of kindness and should be commended for it. We were in Strongsville because our son was close to death in the Cleveland Metro hospital due to a motorcycle accident. Each day she would ask about our son and could see the pain we were in and sent us a card with a personal message that lifted our spirits. Her name is CANDICE and I'm sorry but I never got her last name. If Holiday Inn has a program for honoring an outstanding effort by its employees, THIS IS IT. Never in all our travels have we experienced an act of kindness by an employee of any organization like this. She is worthy of some kind of recognition.

Property was under renovation construction and was noisy , dirty, elevator not working. In addition, the room was dirty on check in. When we complained they sent another housekeeper while we were out who didn't vacuum at all. It was necessary to get a supervisor to vacuum. Construction began at 7am with hammering in the room above us. Had to call the desk to get quiet. All in all management should never have made our ro (and many others) available to guests. Poor management, no regard for guest comfort, dirty common areas and filthy room. Very poor experience. I don't recommend this property.
