Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Poor internet I stay every three weeks for several days. I have issues every time I go to book a stay with the staff constantly asking for all my details because they cannot find my information. My last visit I was given a room on the 6th floor and had very poor internet and could not support my VPN system to allow me to do work. I am concerned about staying again although this is my company's designated hotel for that area of the country. The lack of a free meal with my stay after having it the past year adds to the cost of staying at this location when the contract was renewed. February 7, 2016

I now will post comments on all hockey sites that the parents are on about not using your facility. I knew by how your facility is managed no one would contact me. Most poor management ignores problems and hopes they correct themselves. February 2, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Service The Front desk staff is weak at best for hospitality. We were staying here for a hockey tournament and were treated poorly before ever checking in. We walked through the doors with our kids gear including sticks and you would of thought we were carrying lethal weapons. We did not make it to the desk before they begin yelling NO STICKS take the to your car now!!! Would have had no problem if they would of just let us get to the desk and explained their policy. Also had a armed police officer on duty that was less than friendly. We were in the restaurant waiting for our food we ordered and a friend of my daughters walked in with pizza and gave my daughter a slice. The police officer came directly to the table and beginning yelling at my 12 year old about no other food in the restaurant and state law dictates this and had her in tears. We have no problem following rules if they would just learn to speak to their guests properly. We actually had food coming from their facility and were just waiting for it. Frank, the manager for the restaurant, should be running the place. He did what he could but was not responsible for all the employees. There was a girl, Jess, working the front desk and was very good and willing help. However the other to girls working the front desk would roll their eyes while you spoke with them. During the night numerous calls were made to the front desk for noise in halls and nothing was done about it. I travel a lot for business and never quite experienced anything like this. This reflects heavily on poor management at this facility. I would assume I will not receive any calls or emails on this matter because their management just does not care and it shows. I travel 20 to 25 weeks a year and the atmosphere of a hotel is important. This is one of my better experiences. thanks for a pleasant stay. January 29, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Clean rooms/but ran out of hot water The hotel was clean and the rooms appeared to be recently redone, however the mechanics were out dated. The hotel was full the weekend we were there which caused them to run out of hot water in the mornings! That is why I gave them a 1 for room and comfort, taking a cold shower is not very comfortable. Also some of the elevators were down half the time making the stairs faster even when carrying luggage. Some of the wait staff appeared to be over whelm and frustrated at times during the busy hours of the day. January 22, 2016
