Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor floor and room design. Poor food quality. Noisy Do not recommend hotel due to lack of accessibility for people with disabilities. Difficult to reach rooms on uneven floor, location of elevators and steps in certain sections. Bathroom much too small and outdated. TV old...kept fading out. Wedding noise and loud music resonated in our room. Restaurant needs major work to minimize hotel lobby noise....quiet intimate setting was not provided. Kitchen staff need more training......many mistakes made in the evening and at breakfast. Room decor ...rugs, chair, drapes outdated. November 13, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff My vehicle broke down while I was staying there and the staff was very helpful in every which way, they extended my stay and also the check out time...they were very caring and asked for updates on my situation every time they saw me...from Jennifer at the front desk on up to the management whom allowed me to leave my luggage in her office for three hours...the staff was great. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Last Minute Overnight We have routinely used this stop as a halfway travel point. We immediately noticed the front area/bar and restaurant renovations that have taken place. Apparently the rooms will be next which is somewhat needed. When a problem was raised regarding food temperature is was dealt with to our satisfaction and food quality continues to be very good. Staff manner and responsiveness has always been very good. When we have booked ahead in the past, awards club membership has been well acknowledged. That didn't happen at this visit, don't know if that is due to a change of policy or no reservation/last minute walk-in. Overall, we would recommend and continue to plan to use this hotel, November 9, 2014
