They went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure our stay was as trouble free as possible. A big thank you! February 16, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Nice stay Hotel has had some upgrades and is in the reno stage. Room was well appointed but the bathroom was in need of a make over. Do people still use the bottle openers screwed to the vanity? ! ! ! Towels in my room were not to standard. Old and worn, Time for some new ones I will stay here again, it is an average Holiday Inn February 14, 2015

I woke up and I don't know if I was placed next to a conference room but it was a great wake up call after realizing I forgot to set my alarm. The room was clean and comfy. I slept like a baby! The staff were friendly. I like the new look of the bar. The bartender was friendly and very courtesy. I like the new look. I understand that change is relevant and I was disappointed with not being able to workout. Maybe in the future provide an alternative area for doing some working out. I would love to come back when the pool, spa, and fitness areas are completed. February 13, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Empathy??? I booked 2 rooms for a family funeral. I had an 8 hour drive to Sudbury, and called to request at least one room be available for an early check in so we could change prior to a meeting regarding the funeral details. Despite 2 phone calls, and stopping in at 2 pm, that was not possible. In fact, the second room was not ready for check in until 5;30 pm, we all moved into the one room that was ready and used the one room to get ready for that evening. I had to get new keys programmed for the one room each morning and evening, we had 3 keys for the room, none of the keys worked every time, both morning and evening. The front desk re-iterates "don't put it next to a cell phone", I have had enough of that deflection for other issues. I am a platinum member, I have stayed a few nights at various hotels I think, I possibly know some stuff and have stayed at a great many hotels over the years. What I cannot express is that the lack of concern or empathy I received during a very emotional and stressful period. I don't even want to discuss the condition of the room, the workers smoking in the stairwell during the renovation, etc, I just wanted some-one to at least apologize or have some sympathy for our situation and their lack of ability to assist in any way. I am still a very loyal IHG member, but I will never stay at this location again, ever. I cannot express my disdain for the lack empathy by the staff. February 5, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Moving Up Although the hotel is just completing a new renovation (the pool and some hallways not finished yet) the staff made every effort to make sure that we were quickly checked in and to our room without any fuss. It is obvious, that when complete, this will be an outstanding hotel. Everything was clean. The renovated rooms are very nice and we totally enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended February 5, 2015
