Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Back to Normal -- meaning good. After one lousy stay at the Sudbury Holiday Inn, it was nice to return and get a room that was up to the usual Holiday Inn standards, with a great bed, clean and comfortable. The place is still under a lot of construction, the lunch service at the restaurant was slow, but overall it was a pleasant stay and staff was very nice (and apologetic for the slow lunch service.) Location is good and convenient to the south end of the city. It's still my hotel of choice when I stay in Sudbury and I'm glad it remains so. December 14, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly helpful staff, Comfortable sleep All though I was only in the room for 6 hours it was a nice sleep. Staff were friendly and quick to respond. Some parts of the Hotel felt a little dated but they are working on it. Was under construction when I was there (pool, gym, front lobby) should be done soon and will look great. Will stay again next time in Sudbury. December 11, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Unexpected guests! With our long drive behind us and ready to hit the sac we were very surprised to find mouse droppings in the sheets and under our pillows in the room. No General Manager to make any decisions on the situation the asst. Manager did what she could. Kinda ironic that ORKIN pest control was having a small convention at the same time. Very disappointed with how the whole situation was dealt with. 1 free night quite "cheesey". Good thing it was a boys only weekend and Mom stayed home. She would have demanded we leave the hotel. Not sure we'll be back Holiday Inn. December 4, 2014
