Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Physically Handicapped guest I found that, as with most hotels, that most don't have a good understanding about what it takes to accommodate bathing with a handicapped person. I had a handicap room but had to request a shower seat to accommodate use of tub. The hotel did provide a shower seat for me and was told that was the ONLY one they had. Fortunate for me they had one available so that my son could shower in the tub while sitting. July 18, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by First Time US visitor I came to the USA for the first time to do a project that has lasted 4 months. From entering the lobby on my arrival and throughout my stay, The desk clerks have been helpful and friendly. My room has been cleaned daily and I am satisfied. The catering staff are friendly but the service quality lacks consistency. The food quality is acceptable but once again lacks consistency and can be improved. The management listens to complaints and is continuously looking to improve in all areas. I stayed for 4 months and if I should return to Sulphur, I will certainly return to the Holiday Inn. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by comfort and convenience This hotel was very comfortable. It was convenient to the Frasch Softball Complex where we were attending a softball state tournament. The staff was very helpful when we changed our minds about staying another night. We booked the room for an extra night, thinking we would be too late to travel home. When we saw that we would not be as late as expected the staff gave us a number to call to have the charges for the night we did not stay, removed from our bill. We will definitely stay at this hotel in the future. June 26, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff Upon arrival I was told they no longer had a room that met my reservation requirements. The young lady at the front desk named "Missa" went above and beyond to meet my reservation requirements. IHG should praise her for doing an excellent job. It is rare you find someone who genuinely cares and works hard in customer service. Staff like Missa is why I choose IHG hotels first when choosing where to stay. June 23, 2014
