Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by poor quality dreadful nights sleep on a very poor mattress which felt like it was shaped like a V, when bought to the receptions attention I was told that it had been checked and was acceptable, I got no sleep at all that night, hardly acceptable. May 28, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poor stay at a poor Hotel The rooms are newly refurbished, however, the chair supplied is more the size of a children's chair. The coffee and tea facilities are not refreshed. The air conditioning is difficult to et just right, the fridge does not work. Although the breakfast is nice it is expensive but would book in advance to save money. The staff are very accommodating and pleasant a pity the room and facilities did not live up to their professional manner! May 27, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Less than great service in an average hotel The overall appearance of the hotel is good. We were able to get a parking space, which was excellent. Check in and check out gave us problems in terms of the staff attention and clarity of information. Staff should not allow themselves to be interrupted when dealing with one guest to attend to another. It appears rude. Also we were charged for breakfast that we did not have because of misinformation about vouchers that we did not use. We had to argue in the lobby to have this charge removed from our bill. Only one of the two lifts was working during our two night stay and we were on the 4th floor so needed to use the lift. The room was quite small but very clean and comfortable. We were glad to have room service on 2 occasions but the price of very basic sandwiches and drinks was extremely high. The lunch menu was quite restricted but the service good and the food good too. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by can still improve Despite the fact that we were happy overall, to further satisfy we suggest you get bigger duvets and change the chair in the room to one that is comfortable!!! May seem somewhat petty after a generally good stay but one can always improve and, indeed, must do so as other hotels open and look to steal market share. May 17, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Easy parking and excellent location Recent stay at the hotel was great starting from the free parking about 100 metres away to the ease of check in. WiFi speed was excellent and my upgraded room with balcony over the Thames was fantastic. Food was good without being over priced same can be said for the beverages served with diligence from the bar. All in all a great stay and would certainly have no problems in recommending this hotel. I will definitely go out of my way to book this venue again. sandy May 15, 2015
