Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by 没有最差,只有更差 从入住开始就体验了一把城乡结合部宾馆,拿着房卡走到房间,房门是用一只垃圾桶撑着打开的,匪夷所思!无容置疑更换了房间!入住时被告知没有行政酒廊,游泳池等设施停止使用,行政待遇由一楼大堂吧代替,happy hour时间到了,在这个季节感受到了不提供温控系统的欢乐时光,没有一道像样的热菜,只有油炸鸡米花、春卷、南瓜饼和馒头,还都不是新鲜出炉,交涉后上来一碗鸡米花和些许薯条,这就是HI提供的所谓“欢乐时光”,可happy的点在哪里?红酒杯还残存擦布擦过的毛絮!第二天早餐了,提供的食品中规中矩,心想将就用一些,就在拿起餐具的那一刻已经没有任何胃口!餐具非常肮脏,没有清洗干净残留食物被高温烤干的刀叉如何安心使用?这家酒店从入住开始直到退房,问题不断,不能让人安心入住,毫无品牌价值可言,员工没有受到职业培训,连咖啡机都不会使用!真是应了一句话:没有最差只有更差! Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Lack of service We had a pretty poor experience at this Holiday Inn from check in to check out. The lounge was a freezing, empty room which had no atmosphere at all and the service was terrible. The experience we had when dining in the restaurant was better, but the whole hotel was freezing. In China I normally find the hotels are too warm if anything, so this was a big surprise. The heating in our room didn't work either so we were given a portable heater. I won't be returning or recommending this hotel. December 19, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by 目前住过的(全国范围)最差的一家 临时改了行程,从2晚改为1晚,前台耐心的做了修改,和其他家一样升级至行政房的待遇。行政酒廊吃的东西少少,唯一的一个服务员进进出出,最搞笑的是欢乐时光只提供一杯酒精饮料,并说是集团允许每个酒店自己定规矩,最关键是解释时的态度没有一点礼貌!。房间路由器不好,可能因为已经是20点以后,等半天来了个服务员又说自己不懂,最后前台那个耐心的小伙子出现,拔下线直接接入到电脑。第二天在中餐厅吃饭,前晚宴会结束后连台子都没有归位,被领到一张有椅子的桌子前(很多桌子没摆椅子,并且随便集中在一起),感觉像在工地吃饭,菜的味道可以,也不贵。住过茉莉花,中茵皇冠,洲际,服务也是随等级越来越好,这里是唯一一家印象差的。不过应该再不会住这家了。 December 17, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by 无与伦比的垃圾酒店! 1、游泳池关闭,无事先通知。 2、房间:行政楼层房间,门无法一次关上;浴巾上有女性长发;房间无窗、无人开夜床,早上被大太阳晒醒;欢迎水果都是烂水果。 3、入住:前台没有准备好白金会员的房卡,入住效率极差、耗时约20分钟。 4、前台大堂副理态度冷漠,退房时闲聊超过10分钟。 5、大堂吧无人值守。 6、14:10分告知相关人员下班,无法购买小商品。 7、18:30走进餐厅大堂、空无一人,两人消费600元、味如嚼蜡。 8、行政酒廊只能享受一��饮料,闻所未闻。酒廊的接待小妹面色冰冷、态度极差。 9、所谓处理问题的值班经理,是工程部的师傅;不给予任何答复。 10、入住后超14天,酒店不登记入住信息,积分不到账,无洲际问卷邮件;退房时反应的问题业务反馈。 December 16, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by 整体一般,相对比较清净 地理位置尚可,南环高架下来抵达比较方便,往西到桐泾公园和地铁站步行还能接受。附近环境一般,没什么有质量的休闲娱乐去处,东边盘门路上有些商圈,吴门印象、苏纶场之类以及盘门景区,不过最好打车过去,护城河边景色不错。 下午3点抵达,门口及大厅无一工作人员,只有一位前台,呵呵吧,好在前台服务还算热情,主动���别了会员并通知了加床。 酒店应是有些年份了,客房比较宽敞,但装潢应是比较过时了,免费提供了无线路由器,网路流畅。会员饮料只是软饮,想要杯咖啡都没有,不如太仓假日,可在咖啡厅咖啡饮料茶随便点。 退房速度有些慢,业务感觉不熟练,整体一般吧。 December 11, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by 非常之一般 会员生日住店没有任何惊喜就算了,其他的服务也很一般。前台入住没有主动提供饮料券,白金会员客房没有升级,退费时间也没有延迟,12点还不停打电话催促订房。后得知是因为酒店系统原因将我的白金显示为普通会员,所以待遇全无。后要求酒店更正,酒店表示无能为力,也无歉意。对酒店此表现表示失望。酒店硬件设施尚可,无亮点,mini吧这次入住冰箱内为空。早餐一般。大堂吧更是一般。 December 8, 2014
